Great location, super clean and well equipped apartment! In short top notch apartment!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property.

We enjoyed our stay at Matthieu’s very much because the apartment is lovely, it has everything you need to feel comfortable and to cook your meals if you want to.
The bed and sofa were fantastic; shower pressure, we loved it!
It’s close to everything you would like to see of Monaco and its surroundings. It has 4 supermarkets to choose from just a few steps away, wonderful!!! Easy check in, host very responsive and helpful!
Everything about it was perfect! We recommend it without hesitation.
We would love to come back again soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really nice apartment in a superb location, surrounded by a nice variety of food options. It's about 1 min walk to a couple of super markets and 5 mins walk to Casino Square.

Beautiful apartment and fantastic host. We visited for the Grand Prix and could not have chosen a better place to stay. Immaculately clean with sea views from the bedrooms and panoramic sea and mountain views from the amazing fully furnished roof terrace. The garage is a big plus point also.

Matthieu was a great host for my recent trip to Monaco staying in Beausoleil, excellent communication and all photos matched the apartment! Will be booking with him again

Location ! Location ! Location!

The apartment is within a few minutes to the Monaco border which is exactly what we wanted ! This is the second time booking this apartment. Spacious and comfortable.

Matthieu and his team were very communicative and also on top of any issue ! Would recommend this apartment and stay here again!

Pricing outside of F1 seems to be very reasonable. we came for F1 so we were prepared to pay the premium but was still not overly priced like some apartments.

The reservation was exactly as depicted. Beautiful, comfortable, very clean, and easy access to the city.
