Scam of a company! Made a booking with them via Booking.com for 10 days, a week later the holiday was confirmed by them.

I then get a message saying the owner will not leave on some of the dates we were staying. They told me to book a few days after, they informed me they couldn't cancel it as Booking.com wouldn't allow them and I had to do it. So I did, then the date they told me to book had been tripped in price, as had the week before, also the week we had booked was available just at x3 times the price. It left us with booked ferry crossings and not being able to afford the new price. They didn't honour the original discount, and then ignored all messages from me afterwards when they were instant to reply about me cancelling the booking.

I then find out that under EU law and Booking com rules had they cancelled themselves, (which they had the ability to do Booking.com informed me) they would have been accountable for compensation and putting things right. What they asked me to do is called a fraudulent cancellation so they could be greedy and increase prices. I know have a dispute with Booking.com and also with the regulators.

What should have been something we were looking forward to this summer has turned into a nightmare because of their greed. We booked early to get the best prices, now everything good has gone and just left us with expensive options and a company who will not help us by doing the right thing. Worst holiday firm i've ever dealt with!!

This maybe for Airbnb, but they list the same platforms and prices on Airbnb, Booking.com, and their own website Conciergerie.ib and various other platforms, the same thing would have happened no matter where we booked!

The place is clean, hygienic, and centrally located. The stay was comfortable and quiet despite being in the centre. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Made our stay really wonderful. Totally recommendable.

If you are looking for a comfortable authentic Paris experience, I would reserve this apartment. It is perfectly maintained at the right level of decoration and comfort so that you are immersed in the “vibe” of Paris. Everything is there for your Parisian experience, from the magical antique elevator to the old wooden floors, eclectic lamps and decorations. The bed is divine with very comfortable sheets. The apartment is not over renovated so that you feel like you are in a sterile hotel room, it feels classical and comfortable. Management was there when we needed them and everything else is well, “Paris”. You can’t go wrong with this choice in this lovely location near the Victor Hugo metro. Merci.

Location is quite good and Alix's place is combination of homey and trendy at the same time. Place is nearby metro and bus stations. With few options for grocery's, bistros and Boulangeries ❤️ 5 star recommendation for this place 🥰

We recently stayed at your apartment "Champs Elysees" in Paris.
The apartment was lovely, such character and was exactly as described. We loved the quirky way the apartment was decorated.
The apartment is in an ideal location, we could walk to tourist attractions, the metro and wonderful restaurants.
Being able to view the Eiffel Tower from the lounge was amazing.
The booking and check in process was seamless and instructions were very helpful and accurate. We would have liked a little more flexibility on the check in/out times due to our international flights, but understand the constraints due to other bookings.

We would definitely choose to stay here again if we are ever in Paris.

Fantastic location! This shop lot has been cleverly converted into a cozy studio apartment such a smart use of space. The place is well furnished, clean, and very well kept. Plenty of restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the metro. Perfect for a convenient and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
