It was 'old school customer service' when there was one on one direct customer service which I use to experience. There was also happy vibes within the store with other customers as well as staff which made it feel like 'how it use to be'

I came from the western suburbs…

I came from the western suburbs especially for some advertised dresses
I was approached with a smile and how can I help you?
The dresses were selected for me with the addition of advice and other suggestions
I left with a dress that I had missed in my hunt for the perfect dress online and with a matching bolero jacket which was suggested as an option for a cooler day than expected
My sales attendant was very professional and helpful
