Received broken phones repeatedly
I ordered 4 phones already and unfortunately all (!!!) of them either had a defect straight from the start or broke shortly after. The customer service was always friendly and returning the phone was never a problem. However, the last two defects were, that the sim could not be recognized and that the front camera was broken - I can really not understand why those phones were event sent to me, it would have been so easy to spot those defects up in front! Unfortunately Ive definetely run out of patience by now! :(

Mobileup should be avoided
Hello! I purchased an iPhone 11 not 2weeks’ ago. The information on the site about the phone referred to « perfect state » with « 90% battery efficiency ». There was no reference to a new battery nor a new screen. My phone took a week to arrive. On starting up it overheated. The battery was not recognised nor the screen. There were scratches on the border of the screen. Within less than a week a vertical black line appeared in the viewing area; the phone continued to overheat and then it began to give strange messages about the code had been used too many times and we would have to wait 30 mins to retry! Of course, Mobileup responded by saying it had been dropped and it could not be replaced nor repaired. I asked for the phone to be returned and a phone was sent, but now with a cracked screen! Complete waste of money; they sent me a phone with problems and used a poor excuse for refusing to repair or replace it. Mobileup is dishonest and should be avoided!
