Just received my outfit to be honest it not worth the money it was 56 pounds I would only pay 25 . And the colour is different
Would not buy anything from there again it wwas for a wedding reception but can’t wear it

Waste of money. They refuse to answer emails requesting information about returning goods.

Sent out the wrong clothes and refusing to refund or exchange for the ones I ordered!!
Avoid at all costs!!!!

Clothes look great in the pictures, but they are made from the cheapest polyester type material, feel like they will fall apart immediately. Sizing not great. Hard to return - you will have to pay postage to Canada so not going to be very worthwhile. Don't bother.

My experience with Lune London has been terrible from start to finish.
The company presents itself as a London-based brand, but I later discovered my order was being handled from China. This was not made clear when I placed my order.
After my order failed to arrive, customer service told me the parcel had been damaged in transit and that they had already sent a replacement. I never received that replacement either.
Later, I was asked to provide the Evri tracking number by typing it into an email. After I did exactly as requested, I was then told the tracking number could not be verified. The company claimed I had been the victim of a “parcel-intercept scam” and refused to issue a refund because they said the parcel had not reached their warehouse.
As a customer, I paid for goods that I never received. Despite following the instructions I was given and providing the requested information, I have been left without my order and without a refund.
Based on my experience, I found the company’s communication inconsistent and their handling of my case extremely disappointing. I would advise anyone considering ordering from Lune London to research the company carefully and pay using a method that offers strong buyer protection.

Delviery issues. Refund issues. Terrible service. I am hard to disappoint. Congratulations on disappointing me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - I purchased trousers from this website which are not as described. I have been in touch with the company who are actually based in Canada and who now want me to return the item to them at my cost. They are posing as a UK company, however they are based in Canada, additionally, their website terms & conditions do not specify that returns need to be sent to Canada. The front page of their website very clearly state Free Returns and in order to arrange a return you have to email their support team. It is only at this stage it becomes apparent they are not a UK Company and they do not display an address or telephone number on their website. They are refusing to refund my item or indeed provide a pre-paid return despite this being my right under the UK Consumer protection and I believe this is Bait & Switch tactics. They are deliberately misrepresenting their physical location to mislead customer and selling items that are not as described. Having looked on Trust Pilot this company have scammed many customers using this Bait & Switch tactic so do not get caught out.

I just received a 'dress' from this company. It looks nothing like what was advertised - from the material to the size, even what the clothing item is -I ordered a dress, I have received what looks like a skirt. This was very expensive and what has come through my door is poor quality, looks very different to what the picture advertised, I would strongly recommend that you think twice before ordering anything from this company.

Do not order from this Company its a Scam.
I ordered two dresses. They arrived from China, the materials were cheap nylon. I have had to send them to Canada tracked that cost £30.55. Still waiting for the refund.

My experience has been the same as everyone else's. This company is deceiving customers. I complained to PayPal who thankfully upheld my complaint and obtained a refund for me. Thank you PayPal.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a t shirt and when the item arrived it was a horrible shiny synthetic material. I had to pay for the return shipping to Canada which was £13. They are a complete scam

Worst company I have ever ordered from, sent me the wrong item which was terrible quality anyway and then ignoring my messages. It’s been 5 weeks since I opened the return case and they send AI emails saying they don’t have a resolution yet as the investigation is ongoing. It’s crazy

Poor quality material and cut trousers. No labels. Lune London is NOT based in London or the UK. I had to pay to return the trousers to Canada, and also had to pay for customs to release them. No UK contact and multiple/daily AI generated patronising e-mails with no contact/ e-mail signature. Got a refund after approx 5 months after multiple chasing e-mails. I would not recommend buying from this company and will be contacting a consumer service/ programme to highlight this.

Poor quality product, meant to be a linen shirt but more like tablecloth material. The name 'Lune London' is misleading as its a Chinese based company.

I will not buy from this company ever again. The quality of the garment was poor and the returns policy to Canada prohibitively expense and using up unnecessary planetary resources. I will give my trousers to charity and not buy from Lune of Lobdon again...the mention of London in their title is misleading.

Materials are cheap rubbish. Dresses look like they have been made by children. Returning items is nion impossible . Should not be allowed to sell or advertise

Absolutely terrible company and customer service! Complete lack of transparency and deliberately mislead customer that they distribute from international warehouses and if you need to return an item you have to pay extortionate international return costs! Although they state the customer has to pay the returns fee, nowhere in their delivery or returns info or on buying your product do they tell you it would have to be shipped internationally for a return. I had to return my item to Canada! They also only show you the UK part of the shipping after purchase so again very misleading!! The alternative to a return was a 10% refund with a 50% value of item voucher. Complete joke! To top it off they still haven’t refunded the full amount even after me sending the return back at my own cost. Stay clear of them! Oh and the quality of the item was absolutely terrible too!

Item received after 2 week wait then blazer jacket not fit for purpose Same experience as others here, several email exchanges, photos etc Paid by PayPal but not holding out much hope They also seem to set up an automatic payment on my paypal account which thankfully I spotted and cancelled I'm done with online ordering as so many fraudsters out there

To return my dress, I have to send it to Canada at my own expense. This is going to cost almost as much as the dress and there is no guarantee that the company will refund my money. Under TRADING STANDARDS .As this change of country does not appear on their website, you can claim your money back by a CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACK.

Awful product, size small came up to my ears in pants, cheap material, not as advertised at all. Waited for it for ages too. The price point for this product is ridiculous. Total scam.
