Very happy with the final product, will use them again in the future

The website is good but I did ring just to clarify a couple of things. They were very helpful answering my questions.
The product is excellent, I just hope my installation skills can do it justice! Product was delivered promptly by DX who also were very helpful.

I especially appreciated being able to customise the corten steel planter to my specific needs.

Lux Unique made me a custom corten steel surround for a pond. Really easy from start to finish, good value and great communication from beginning to end. The pond is delivered 'raw' so need to wait a few months for the colour to develop - but I know it is going to look great. Delivered by Palletways who delivered on time with a smile.

Excellent service from start to finish. The order process was simple, I was emailed with drawings and asked for confirmation and or any changes. The lead time was accurate and I was informed when our item was out for delivery. We had a minor issue with the item when it arrived, not the fault of Lux, which was quickly resolved. Most importantly the rill was exactly what we wanted.

Excellent from start to finish. They provide drawings to confirm everything before manufacturing. The product itself which were 8 very large bespoke corten steel planters were really well made, very good quality and delivered efficiently. Everyone at the company are friendly and always helpful.

I received my Cor-Ten steel planters exactly as ordered. I’m very pleased with the quality and finish and would be pleased to recommend Lux Unique.
