Scam company. They literally fail to show before purchasing the alloy wheels that the fitment your looking to order will be drilled by the manufacturer therefore making the wheel "custom".

Bunch of useless people in their office thinking they can ignore consumer rights. Trust me you aint playing with me see you at court!

I dealt with Fraser at L.K. Performance. I ordered an Alloy Wheel from him to match my existing ones on my car. He was Really knowledgeable & found the wheel i needed instantly. The price was better than anything I had found online. I wouldn't hesitate to use L.K. Performance again. Highly recommended Company.

Terrible service , tyre pressure sensors didn't work. Took the car back twice 1.5 hour trip each way and still not right. Promised to ring back and look into it further. Still waiting , tbh I've give up and took the car local to get sorted. Previously used Wheelbase for wheels and they were really good. Wouldn't buy a dust cap off these lot.

Wouldnt use again (useless) ive been im motortrade 39 + years, and purcheshed alloy and tyre package , and 3 times couldnt get correct bolt size fo my vehicle, every time called just lectured on price of replacements , and how its food on the table for sales gut will !!!. Costimf company money, eventually gave up and purchesed proper bolt size from local wheel specialst, whom said have heard horror storues about this company, stay away buy elsewhere aftersales is pittyful.1st set if bolts stripped my hub to more cost, and so annoyed that all the sales person was worried about food on the table.....

The person I spoke to when ordering my wheel, tyre package was really knowledgeable got me the correct set up. They let me know when it would be delivered, securely packaged. Lk Performance 10/10.

From placing the order right through to delivery, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The delivery was quick, the packaging was top quality, and the alloys themselves are superb — excellent quality and they look outstanding.

I've had my eye on your www for a while and as soon as I was ready to order i did the usual search and you still had the better, well set out website. Especially when I can input my vehicles number plate and you give me all the correct choices of sizes, offsets and tyre options. This makes it a lot easier on me with less chance of an error.

Started off well, customer service was good replies were fast and very helpful.

As soon as I placed my order that all stopped, I had no updates regarding my order.

Wheels finally arrived and straight away noticed there was scuff marks on all inner sides of the wheels. At first I was going to let it go so I fitted the wheels to find the tyre pressure monitors didn’t work which I had paid extra for. Because of this I now was really not happy so I tried getting in contact with the “general manager” Fraser, however I had no reply at all. So I tried contacting the help email on their website yet still got no reply. I finally found there live chat and got put through to someone who told me they will pass this on. A week later I get a response asking for photos and get told I should take my car to kwik fit so they can fix the monitors, so I did which then cost me £50 per wheel. I wasn’t happy at all so I tried getting in contact again to see if anything more has been done regarding the photos and to inform them I would like them to pay for having the monitors done. To this day I still have had no reply.

Great choice of alloy wheels to fit my vehicle. I went for a wheel and tyre package with TPMS sensors.
Had a phone call from LK Performance asking about TPMS - turned out it runs off my ABS not Bluetooth so they refunded me straight away as not required. Overall got a nice set of modern design 18” alloys with tyres and a fitting kit, all nicely packaged and delivered by DPD Next Day. Great service.
