Absolutely avoid this company at all costs. The cardigan i purchased was such poor qualtity and nothing like on the pictures so completely misrepresented. Tries to send it back and 4 months on, i am still battling with them to refund my money. As other reviews mention, this isn't a French company, they are based in China so good luck getting any refund of any sort of customer service. They are very good at saying 'sorry, we completely understand your frustration' etc etc, but it won't result in a refund.

Complete scammers. The dress I ordered looked completely different from the one I received and the return process was laborious, expensive and totally unsatisfactory in every regard. Buying from this website is like throwing your money away - avoid ordering from this business at all costs

Please avoid this website, their product doesn't resembel at all the photos on their website and now as I am trying to get a refund they are only offering an exchange.

I wouldn’t even give this company a star at all. Dreadful quality, not as advertised in the slightest. Very poor customer service. Avoiding giving a refund, trying to insist on a reduced refund of 10% even though item is unworn and as delivered to me. Would advise people to stay away.

Scam. Products aren’t as advertised. Claim you can get a refund, but only by emailing. Have emailed 3x now and no answer!

Absolutely rubbish. The product came late and looked nothing like the picture. Quality is poor and the company has a registered address in Netherlands. However, when you try to return they only offer a 30% partial refund or expect you to return back to china at your own expense. Don’t waste your time buying from here. I had to do a chargeback from my bank.

Avoid! Absolutely terrible experience. The product does not match the photos. They make it extremely difficult to return the item and email has gone back and forth where they are refusing to provide the return information and instead offering a 10% refund and to keep the item.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought the same dress in two colours, same size. One dress came and wouldn't fit a 5-year-old. They said they would send me a new one, but I had to pay the postage. I paid it, and they then sent me the wrong dress. Have spent 2 days trying to get my postage refunded. The quality is teribble

Currently having the same experience. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand. I agree poor quality products, nothing like what is portrayed on the website. Requesting a refund being told I need to return the item to China at my cost even though the company portray themselves as being in Paris. The cost to return an item is expensive and no guarantee they will receive it. This is a very poor customer experience. I would avoid.

Do not buy anything from this site . There not a proper site ' shein and temu have better quality. Quality bad 👎

I ordered a dress in good faith from this company because of the images represented on their website. What I received was cheap, tatty, creased and poor quality fabric that was supposed to be the same dress in the photo. When I complained only through email as there is no other customer support, they asked for photos. I obliged with 3 photos and now they are asking for another photo. I realise that I will not get my refund.i just want to warn others.

At the start of the month I purchased an item on this awful website and three weeks later I received this purchase. That simply itself isn’t good enough that is way too long to wait for a package. As soon as it came i thought the packaging was very small which meant that my dress was going to be creased when I got it out. When I got it out i noticed the creases that were in the dress but what I noticed the most was that THE DRESS LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED. It didn’t have the flower embellishment the straps were not the same the dress itself was ugly and unflattering. I am furious with this company and the state of what my dress has come in. It looks like it is made out of my bedding. I have emailed them about my ferocity and have asked for a full refund they responded and said that the shipping will be more expensive than the item itself so i replied and said they can pay for it themselves because honestly reading these reviews it looks like they’ve stole a lot of people’s money.

Definitely a scam. They sent a dress it was in horrible condition. I tried to contact them they started send my emails back to my own personal email. Do not purchase from here.

Biggest scam ever. I give it 1 star because I cant give 0. They advertise as french, you recieve the order confirmation in french (quite hilarious honestly) and where are the dresses coming from? China. 3 weeks until delivery, quality is just a bad joke. Return policy, non-existent. You write to an email address that offers you a 10% reimbursement and to keep the clothes (as if I want that trash). They charge 50€ for a 2€ dress. Amazing… i dont know how is this when legal.

Totally misrepresented, awful rubbish!
On the face of it, a European company based in Netherlands - not at all - the goods come direct from China. The goods were totally misrepresented - a "suede" jacket was 100% Polyester and the worst quality I have ever come across. I wanted my money back - send the jacket back they said, postage at my expense of course - another £20 wasted, then it gets stuck in Chinese customs - how convenient! (Why would they want that rubbish back in their country????!!).

This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had.

I paid for an item that was never delivered. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, customer service repeatedly ignored my questions. I asked three separate times for the name of the shipping carrier so I could investigate the shipment myself, and they refused to answer every single time.

Communication has been slow, evasive, and completely unhelpful. Rather than taking responsibility, they shifted the burden onto me while withholding the basic information I needed.

If you’re considering buying from this company, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may struggle to get even the most basic support.

Do not buy from this company. Item was completely wrong and I was only offered 10% discount instead of a full refund.

This is a scam company. Don’t order if you are from the UK as the company ignores requests for refunds and you will be left out of pocket

I received a dress which was NOTHING like the one I ordered and when I emailed they gave me two choices:

Send the dress back in order to receive the correct dress this time or but pay for all the shipping/tax fees or receive a 10% refund. That makes absolutely no sense! Why should I pay for their mistake!!!!
