Leader Online saved my replacement…
Leader Online saved my replacement floor for the whole room; I had a leak, and part of the floor was damaged. I had the floor down for five years and didn't think I would find the same floor, but I did at Leader Online; thank you, the delivery was fast and smooth.

No goods, no refund, still waiting
I ordered some doors based on estimated delivery the following week. I was then informed they are out of stock and will need to wait until December for delivery which is 2 months away so I cancelled the order which was confirmed by email. I was told refund will be made within 14 days, but almost 3 weeks later no refund. When I call they keep aplogising and saying refund will be made within 48hrs but this company has not kept to delivery dates or refund. I would avoid in future.

Excellent delivery
Waited a bit longer than anticipated for the goods to be despatched. However, the delivery by Leigh (the driver) was spot on. I was kept well informed of the delivery time and it was actually within seconds of the allotted time. The goods were placed by him where they were required. Excellent.

Great price for a great product and delivered quickly. Leigh the delivery driver happily and carefully brought the doors in where we needed, good man. Great service.

A great company to order from
I placed my order for 8 doors of varying sizes. I order 4 doors the wrong size. I contacted them about changing them. They charged for the delivery costs witch I fully understand. This is the second time I have used them. And I would have no hesitation in using them again.

One leaf arrived damaged, very careless loading that caused it. Then replacement got delayed so didnt feel it was prioritised.
