I'd been having issues with my camper leisure battery and happened to notice Martin's sign so popped in on the off chance. He told me to bring it straight in which I did. Martin quickly diagnosed the problem and sorted it within half an hour while I waited, explaining everything he was doing as he went along. The price was extremely reasonable too. Really excellent customer service from a nice chap who is clearly very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Land And Sea and would definitely use them again.

What an excellent customer experience, I approached Martin at land and sea after several recommendations. We were looking to upgrade our caravan leisure battery system to Lithium from our old now defunct lead acid setup. As we all know this can be a tough upgrade to achieve successfully from using the right brand of equipment to how to install the system to a premium standard for performance as well as safely (as we all know badly installed lithium systems can be dangerous). I approached Martin @ Land and Sea from start to end Martin worked with me to find the right system for our needs with upgrade paths available in the future. He installed a fantastic Fogstar Drift 300ah leisure battery with a Victron 30 ah mains charger this along side my current EcoFlow Delta 2 power station with solar panels gives us full off grid capability for even the longest breaks away without paying site electricity fees. The install was first class from Martin with upgraded wiring and fuses making the safety level of the system the highest premium standard, this also allows the system to work at its most efficient getting the most out of the Fogstars huge capacity. As a final note Martin is a great guy to work with extremely knowledgeable and offers excellent value for money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Top-Quality Installation

We recently had an electrical leisure system installed in our camper by Land and Sea Huddersfield, and I can't recommend Martin highly enough.

Martin was extremely efficient in fitting us in before our planned trip and took the time to recommend the best setup for our needs. He carefully selected top-quality Victron and Fogstar components and, rather than simply selling us everything, actually advised against fitting solar panels due to the risk of cracking the pop-top roof. It was refreshing to receive such honest and knowledgeable advice.

When our battery wasn't going to arrive in time, Martin even lent us his own battery so that our trip wouldn't be affected. That level of customer service is rare these days.

The installation itself was incredibly neat and tidy, with everything expertly fitted into a very limited space. Martin's attention to detail and workmanship were outstanding.

We also had an issue while away and Martin responded to our messages on a Sunday. It turned out to be a problem with the campsite supply rather than anything related to his installation, but he was still happy to help and talk us through it.

Overall, the service, workmanship and aftercare have been exceptional. If you're looking for a camper electrical installation and want someone who genuinely cares about doing the job properly, Land and Sea Huddersfield is the place to go.

I needed someone I could work with to fix a problem I had with my campervan. Martin understood the issue and worked with me find a solution. He treated my van as if it were his own and not only fixed the issue, he also spotted something I’d not noticed and fixed that too.

What I really liked was his attention to detail and collaborative approach to finding a solution. Not to mention he’s a really nice down to earth bloke.

Martin from Land and Sea has just designed and installed a complete electrical system for my camper van. Right from the initial meeting he was open, honest and completely transparent, both with the system he thought would be suitable for my van and also the price. There were no hidden surprises and no add-ons, and he didn’t try and sell me a huge system that I didn’t need. Martin stuck to the required timescale and kept me updated at every stage of the build. It’s very rare these days that I experience exceptional customer service but this was one of those occasions…I would HIGHLY recommend Land and Sea and I won’t hesitate to go back again should the need arise.

I was looking to buy a lithium battery and my friend told me to try Land and Sea, saying they gave him great service and competitive pricing. I rang them and spoke to Martin, I asked about the battery and said I needed it ASAP, he rang me back a few minutes later after checking with the delivery company and said he could do it next day, fantastic service. He even checked up with me, to make sure I received it. 👍

Had a diesel heater fitted in my van, I noticed land and sea online and contacted Martin to receive quick response. It was clear from the get go that Martin was very knowledgeable in diesel heaters and helpful to find what worked best for me. It was soon fitted into my van and works great. I couldn’t be more happy with the process and end result. Good quality products for a fair price. Martin has done an excellent job on my micro-camper. Fitted an Inverter, and an Autoterm small-space diesel heater, upgraded Lithium Ion battery. He also replaced some previous wiring and parts that did not comply with regs. Great communication, and very patient at answering my questions and helping me understand. Highly recommended

I can't recommend Land and Sea highly enough. I bought an Autoterm Heater for my sailing boat from Land and Sea last October and had it fitted by a local marine electrician.

However, it would not work and very long story short, with Martin's help and patience it is now working.

He immediately responded to every question (usually within minutes whatever day or time) and helped me deal with Autoterm when they weren't being helpful at all. He sent new parts for me to try to get the heater going and over the course of 3 months, many phone and video calls and emails we found the electrician had not installed the heater correctly.

It is honestly the best customer service I have probably ever seen and I cannot thank Martin enough.

He also upgraded my full electrical system to lithium, which now lets me stay off grid for long periods with confidence.

While the van was with him, he spotted dangerous wiring left by the previous owner. He fixed it properly and made the system safe. That alone gave me real peace of mind.

Martin is skilled, thorough, and honest. I highly recommend him and will go straight back to him for any future work on my van.

From the first time I spoke to Martin, I liked the personal level of involvement he has with a customer. You get the feeling your dealing with a real person who is passionate about there job and wants the best for the customer. Conversion
I read about Land and Sea on a forum so I gave Martin a call.
I'm building a horse box camper conversion and Martin helped me plan the build. He listened to what I wanted, advised every part of costing and compatability of what works with what.
He's supplied me with all the gear to do the work and as he understood I was keen to do it myself he gave me a wiring diagram and explained everything from start to finish.
I've lots to do but right now is I have a working electrical system.
I highly recommend Land and Sea to anyone doing any conversion work on a van big or small. He's made life so much easier and been there every step of the way to assist.

Martin is an absolute star, he made fitting our electric set up so easy and was always at the end of the phone to lend a hand. He sent us everything we needed as a pack then made all the wiring and labelled it to make it as easy as possible for my husband to install. Couldn't recommend him enough
