Looking for a spray booth to remove paint fumes/particles I was recommended to try BenchVent.
The website is well laid out and I was able to find all the information I needed about the BV300S-D. I had one query which I submitted via their contact form and received a very swift phone call back from Harry to clarify it. Similarly, when an update email was lost, the company were able to update me quickly.
The lead time was quoted as 3-4 weeks, but delivery was after 2½ weeks, excellent. The booth arrived well-packaged and undamaged.
I haven't used the booth in anger yet, but a quick test showed how good the suction is. The most difficult thing was attaching the window duct to the exhaust hose!
No issues about the process whatsoever, totally recommended.

Excellent product, allow for delivery lead-time and may need modification to provide task lighting depending on your use case.

Ordered the BV260S, and it’s a great product. Shipment by UPS was efficient and problem free.
My order took a little longer than the leadtime indicated at time of order. Kate from Benchvent emailed me to explain the delay and my order shipped on the date that Kate said it would. Highly recommended!

Fast service at a fair price. My airbrush extractor is good as new. I did not realise the difference a fresh filter would make… and it was simple to fit.

Excellent service, providing advice and answering all my questions as I was deciding which version to buy within a budget but looking after my health.
Event then, I managed to order the wrong version but a quick e-mail later and that was all sorted and I received the non-vented version which is what I needed. Everything was received on time, possibly early, and tested and working.
Unfortunately life has got in the way again, so still haven't used it properly, but it's in its box waiting for me, but the Suction was excellent when I was giving a try when it arrived and I've no doubt this will help save my lungs from those nasty toxins as I focus on my hobbies! Very happy with the product and can't wait to start using it in earnest!

I had issues with my shipment. UPS service quality was very poor. BrentchVent actually was not supportive. I spent many time during my vacation and was more efficient than company which should have experience on that and is UPS customer.

BenchVent are an absolute pleasure to deal with.
With lots of help and patience from Harry at BV I bought my second extractor from them and I couldn’t have been any more impressed with the service I received. Harry organised a very generous discount which is available to serving and retired forces personnel as well as NHS and teaching staff.
My first extractor is still working perfectly (10ish yrs old) but lately I’m needing something wider and eventually I plan to have both running together.
