I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lookiero.

I originally had a UK account and recently moved back to France. After updating my address to a French address on my account, I placed an order without any issue. At no point during the process was I told that a UK account could not receive deliveries in France.

I received all the “track your parcel” notifications from Evri, but the parcel never arrived. I immediately contacted both Evri and Lookiero to report that I had not received anything.

Despite this, Lookiero continued sending me messages asking me to select the clothes I wanted to keep and return the rest. I repeatedly explained that I never received the box in the first place.

Eventually, Lookiero admitted that because my account was originally based in the UK, they actually could not send a box to France and told me they would cancel my account. I accepted this and thought the issue was resolved.

Then, two months later, I suddenly received a message thanking me for “selecting all my clothes” — and Lookiero charged me nearly €300 for items I never received.

I contacted customer service immediately asking for a refund and explaining the entire situation again. It has now been over a week with no response whatsoever.

Charging a customer for a parcel that was never delivered, especially after acknowledging the order should never have been processed, is completely unacceptable. Very poor customer service and extremely frustrating experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I was charged for an item that I returned. I reached out using they online contact form and by DM and silence. No reply at all. From their Insta comments the same has happened to a lot of people. I wish I had checked their socials beforehand - I only checked here and the Trustpilot rating and comments looked good. Shame as I like the concept but not if I get charged for items I send back.

good selection of clothes very suited to me and my style and what I like. I sadly could not keep them all due to money but all items were perfect for me. I look forward to my next delivery in May

Everything turned out great ! I love the choices made by my personal shopper! Delivery was on time. Colisprive gives you live updates on tracking. Gentle reminders for any returned items. It was a smooth transaction! I cant wait for my next box ❤️
