Excellent product and quick delivery.
Even contacted me after order as there was a colour difference in the sizes I needed, this was sorted easily.
Would defiantly recommend as product was strong and company was excellent to work with.

This time I ordered products to be delivered to my address rather than pick up because I’m working away from home and not likely to get to the store by the time they close on a Friday the products I ordered were delivered via courier and the service was great and reasonably priced so I’m very pleased with the company

I ordered 5 sets of access ladders and…

I ordered 5 sets of access ladders and safety rings, I was short of safety rings. The ladders come with 4no rings each, someone could not count and they sent me 14, however the company did send out the missing rings very quickly. I started to assemble the ladders on site to discover that the flat bars to make up the “F” sections were also missing. I never contacted the company because they have a 24 hour time limit to report missing parts. Very disappointed.

DElivery time

very good staff on the phone. I made an error with my order size on a part and it was spotted and rectified. Next day delivery. Excellent all round.
