We are delighted with our arm chair; it looks perfect in the sitting room. Mike and Craig carefully delivered it and removed the casters as requested. Very pleased with the entire service.

Fantastic company and delivery

A fabulous setting at The Chapel at…
A fabulous setting at The Chapel at Wandsworth for showcasing LYH. We purchased several pieces of furniture which are well made and comfortable. Eloise in customer service was very professional and helpful in liaising with us, the workshop in Poland and the delivery team to change the leg style on the stool we had ordered, so that it would match the sleigh style of the Jasper sofa.
Marc and Phil the delivery team phoned to let us know eta, and were within the allotted time frame. They were pleasant and efficient.

Our experience with Love Your Home has been outstanding from start to finish.
From our first visit to the Wandsworth showroom, through to the excellent communication from the team regarding fabric choices and delivery times, everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
A special thank you to Marc and Phill, who delivered and assembled our beds today. They were incredibly careful, taking great care around our newly painted walls, worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything spotless, removing all the packaging before they left. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were both friendly, courteous and professional throughout.

Excellent customer service
After encountering a problem with the frame, the team at LYH could not have been more helpful.
The customer care team were quick to respond and went above and beyond to fix the situation.
Once the repair was delivered, the delivery team, Akash and Martin, were great too - and did a brilliant job especially considering how hot it was on the day.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend LYH; amazing product and the service to match

A refreshing experience showing great customer service still exists and isn’t a thing of the past. I received a call once the armchair was ready for delivery, which was within the promised delivery window when I originally ordered. I was given delivery date options and I got a reminder with a helpful 2 hour delivery window 48 hours ahead of the delivery date. I also received a call on the delivery day telling me they were 30 minutes away, Craig and Mike were both fantastic. They carefully delivered the armchair, took the time to tell me all about the aftercare the lifetime warranty and were just all round really pleasant. Nothing felt rushed, the service was efficient and done without fuss, delays nor any headache and with a pleasant human interaction throughout. Added bonus, no wasteful plastic or boxes as part of the delivery, the chair was delivered using a great reusable padded jacket to the chair.
