I’d give 0 stars if I could. Have taken £5000 in deposits in total since having an account with them. Finally win £1800 and they closed the account kept winnings saying breach of terms, I had already notified them in my first email that I made the mistake. Expensive mistake. Scammers. THE VERIFICATION TOOK 11 DAYS TO COMPLETE. They will find a way to keep your money. avoid like the plague

Never used the platform but it’s a security risk
Never used the platform. Had my id stolen and used by thieves on the site. Lottoland support are useless, slow and incompetent. The platform keeps you logged in permanently, so if you change login details or apply 2FA it makes no difference if the thieves are already logged in.

Really have no idea where all the bad reviews are coming from, can only assume disgruntled people who lost money or broke some terms and conditions.
Had a veer large win, £10k that was paid into my account 24 hours after withdrawal.
Customer service were very response to my email asking if I could change payment method also.

Inconsistent terms
Played whilst spending an extended period in Ireland and therefore was on the Irish site. They were quite happy to accept all my deposits but when it came to withdrawal, despite proving my identity, because my permanent residence wasn’t Ireland guess who won’t pay out! Complete con and the whole industry is inconsistent.

After I deposited money and won only £50, I tried to withdraw my winnings, but they asked for countless documents: my passport, a selfie with my passport, proof of address, and photos of my bank card. I submitted everything they requested and even received an email confirming that my account had been verified. However, I still haven't received my withdrawal. Now they're claiming that my bank card needs to be signed. I don't know whether this platform is legitimate or a scam, but based on my experience, I would not recommend it.

First, they took all my documents and closed my account. Then they asked for more documents, which I sent, but they never responded or reopened my account. So the question is: if someone hits the jackpot, can they easily close the winner’s account, and how can the winner claim the prize?
I’m glad that Lottery XYZ is coming as a first fully free global lottery platform with the fully U.S gov support. People will be able to play for free, and this will reduce fake third-party lottery sites like this so that people don’t waste money and time on scams.
