Just really really bad.

I ordered a product from OrtoKonfort.ie and I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service.
I contacted them immediately because I wanted to return the product within the 14-day withdrawal period. Instead of providing clear return instructions, they kept trying to delay the return by offering discounts.
First, they offered me a 20% discount. I clearly told them that I did not want a discount and that I wanted to return the product.
They then offered 20% again, followed by 30%, even though I had already made it very clear that I wanted to return the product.
I am now contacting them for the third time, still asking for a return and refund. It feels like they are deliberately trying to keep the customer talking until the 14-day period expires.
The product itself is also poor quality and not worth the money.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend being very careful before ordering from this website. I expected a straightforward return process, but instead I have had to repeatedly insist that I want to return the product.
I would not recommend this company.

Terrible, corrupt company. Delivered my order to the wrong address and refused to provide replacement or refund. Conversation over email has been going round in circles for months.

The product doesn't work & when I contacted the company their advice was to send a photo 😕 how a photo was going to determine what was wrong with a hearing aid beats me ! Anyhow I replied stating same... needless to say I haven't received a response.

The website looks as if it is UK based, but in fact the product comes from China and is of poor quality and the price for one toespacer was outrageous. On top of that it took 2 weeks to arrive.
I would not advise anyone to use this company.

Have never received my order so how you can give me a survey to do is beyond me. Maybe you could look at seeing where my order is? So hence the one

I ordered a set of two bras in medium . They were ridiculously small , couldn’t get them on . The sizing is completely wrong . Do not recommend

AVOID. Product faulty and would not pair with phone. I requested refund but was sent videos on how to charge the item. Useless, as charging was not the problem. I Advised customer Services I was unhappy and requested returns details. They chose to stop responding.

Ordered a BLACK top for 35euros on 26th July 2026.....3 weeks + later a tiny scruffy plastic bag arrived from China containing a cheap dull , see through "WHITE" TOP!! I had an identical top in black I purchased on Amazon for 8 euros!! I wont even try to return or compain. This is barefaced fraud. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I wont even try get refund. Lesson learnt. Buy from local reputable retailers.

The quality of the product ( we ordered toe spacers) is so poor - useless and bad fitting. On requesting return we were informed that is possible but we would have to pay for tracked postage of items back to Estonia - cost around £15 !!!

Just avoid and anything to do with health support pop into Boots

This company should be avoided. The cheap and shoddy goods are Chinese made which is not stipulated in the advert. I wonder why? Delivery takes way too long. The instructions are very badly written, and are translated into English by bad Chinese interpreters so don't make any sense at all. Waste of time, money and materials. Very cross. Don't do it. Wish I had read reviews beforehand.

I needed finger splints for my trigger fingers/arthritic fingers. The website clearly showed a set of 5 different size splints, with differing measurements. It also showed a hand with a splint on each finger. I paid £15.90 for what I believed was a set. This morning I was so disappointed to receive just one splint which doesn't even fit my most painful finger. The wording on the website did not say it was just one splint and I would not have paid £15.90 for one tiny piece of plastic. I wish I had read the customer reviews before ordering. What a rip off.

The reviews don't help, so I purchased some sunglasses and it took a week or two for them to come, but my item arrived safe and intact this place is legit, even I worry when I buy online but this place is legit and I even emailed them to ask where is my item and they replied straight away to assure me my item is on the way, as the reviews just say its a scam, well I can say I'm a human writing this and this place is safe to shop at.

This is a sham company. They ship from Estonia which took almost two weeks, the product looks like little more than a belt and feels useless. They do offer a refund but it costs YOU more in tax and postage to return so they offer 20% off instead knowing that you'll go for that option.. i complained and they have another 10% off.

The reviews on their website are all fake.

Took ages to arrive. Didn’t work. Waiting still for a reply from customer service. It was a cooling device but the warm weather has come and gone. Ordered in early July.

Disgusting - rip off - garbage!! Company are an absolute scam, do not order from them. Sent me an awful product and are refusing to follow law and refund me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THEIFS!!

I ordered a night guard from Orthocomfort and had to wait a very long time for it to arrive. When it finally arrived, it was completely different from what I had ordered.
I contacted them by email, but every time I was told that they were still “investigating” the issue. Months have now passed, and I still haven’t received a proper response or a resolution.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ORDER TOOK WEEKS TO ARRIVE TRIED TO CANCEL TOLD I WOULD GET PREPAID LABEL WHEN DELIVERED NOW NO LABEL AND IT COSTS £14 TO RETURN TO ESTONIA. Very poor service ordered has taken weeks to arrive and couldn't cancel now received and waiting for returns label. They took the money immediately! Don't bother using them!
