Estate Planning Appointment
My appointment for Estate Planning was booked within 24hrs and at a time and online that was convenient for me.
Neil was very helpful. He checked over my current will, confirming details with me and made recommendations for me to consider which would help to make things easier for the family should the unfortunate happen. There was no pressure to make any decision then and there and he followed up really promptly with the additional information requested. The process and time-frame for updating my will was also explained clearly. Very pleased with the service I have received to date.

Kuldeep was very polite and professional. Listened to my wishes and offered support.
My only concern was that we tried several times to do an electronic payment, which wouldnt go through. Then we tried bacs which still wouldnt go thru. Ended up supplying a written cheque. I did an electronic payment with my Halifax credit card 2 days prior, so no problem with my card .
