Probably a scam, they required payment before any viewing and would not budge on this. No alternatives like sharing the ownership deed of the property were suggested. The prices seem suspiciously low

Beware! This company is running the classic rental scam of taking images from short-term rental sites and claiming these are real longer term rentals. My daughter was interested in one of the apartments advertised and a quick Google image search showed that it is actually a listing on booking.com.
