Supper easy from first contact to installation. Any questions I had were handled and answered quickly. Very good price and were very happy with our EV install.

First rate! I organised everything over email after sending a video of the proposed installation. They came out the following week and did an absolutely first-rate job. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. They were fast, extremely tidy and thoroughly professional throughout. The installation also included a full walkthrough of the app and software, which was demonstrated to my wife while I was at work, meaning I came home to everything installed, set up and ready to go! The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and they left everything absolutely spotless. I really couldn't be happier with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Brilliant job all round!
🫵⭐️'s!

Excellent service ! Thank you so much

Home EV charger installation. Ease from start to finish. The company provided their recommendation of the type of charger based on the information I provided. I was happy with the quotation. They were very accommodating in regards to availability to carry out the job. The electrician (Ben) was brilliant. He was on time, friendly and informative. He explained the functions of the system and how to use it. I would definitely use this company again.

Superb..neat, tidy, booked me in quickly and matched another quote I had. Would highly recommend!

Brilliant service, no complaints whatsoever. Very good engineer, friendly and efficient.
Would recommend to anyone, booked job and done within a couple of days

The installation of our EV Charger was absolutely brilliant. I contacted on a Sunday and the response was quick and informative and the job was completed on the Wednesday. The team who installed were friendly and at the time agreed. I cannot fault them fir anything, a fantastic service and i would highly recommend

The whole process was very easy from start to finish, 8 days from first enquiry to job done. The response to my initial enquiry was almost immediate, less than 15 minutes, and the conversation went back and forth for a couple of days as we discussed what I needed, set a price and a date. They turned up exactly when agreed, and did the job in a couple of hours. The work is neat and tidy and I'm completely happy with it. The price was good, they invoiced me promptly, and payment was very easy online. All in all, this was one of the easiest interactions I've ever had with a trade, and I have had many hundreds running a rental house business. I will definitely be using these guys again.

Saw JJ Electric on Social media. When they said they could install within a week I decided to contact them. From my initial message which was answered within five minutes to the final fitting which was a week later it was a pleasure to deal with this company. Would highly recommend first class job!

Lovely guy came to fit my EV charger. Love it and could install before delivery of new car which was great. Waited a while for my electrical certificate but have it now. All in all great team and brilliant work provided. Would recommend.

After my existing car charger developed a fault, I contacted JJ Electrical through their website to explain the problem. They came back to me very quickly and, although repairing the existing unit wasn’t really an option, they were able to arrange the installation of a replacement charger within just a couple of days.

Ben carried out the installation and was excellent. He was friendly, polite, efficient and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The whole job was completed in just over an hour, with very little disruption, and we were extremely pleased to have everything working again so quickly.

My only small observation would be around the initial communication. After contacting the company through the website, the subsequent conversation was by text message and there was no name attached to the messages, so it felt a little impersonal at first. I eventually asked who I had been dealing with once the installation had been agreed. Simply introducing themselves at the start would have made the experience feel a little more personal.

That is a very minor point, though. Overall, the response was extremely quick, the installation was arranged remarkably promptly and Ben did a first-class job. Very pleased with the service and I would happily use JJ Electrical again.

If you want any electrical work done look no further than jj electrical from start to finish they were brilliant Ben the electrician was first class many thanks

It has been a pleasure to deal with this company. I found the process to be so easy, from ordering through to installation and payment. Our installer, Ben, arrived on time, was courteous, helpful and, most importantly, professional. The job was completed efficiently, and with no mess. All in all I would highly recommend JJ Electrical.

Had a new car charger installed and new consumer unit. All done in a day by Ben and Josh. Guys grafted to get job done in a day. Super professional job, delighted with the end product.

Excellent installation, quality of work is brilliant and no rubbish left behind. EV charger is easy to use, cant fault the recommendation.

Super easy 2-minute sign-up on Facebook, followed by swift communication. Unbelievably, it took just one working day to get our EV charger installation scheduled—efficiency in the UK at its finest!

Ben provided excellent installation service, had a great attitude, and thoroughly explained how to use the charger.

Highly recommend JJ Electrical Ltd.
Thank you for a smooth and top-notch experience!

The team provided a great experience from start to finish. They quoted very quickly, got me booked in and before I knew it the charger was installed. The installer was friendly, took his time to explain how the charger and app works, and did an amazing install. Overall, a great company to deal with. Highly recommended!

The communications from the start to the end were really top notch. Free quote and survey. Schedule was kept to. Everything was explained in detail. Job was done professionally. Both Josh and Ben were amazing. Extremely courteous and helpful all the way. Would definitely recommend for EV charger installations.
