You are a big shame for ppl. Last year I payed 985 nok for ertende my trip with 15 days. This year you are scamming my 87 year old father, by let him pay 4500 nok for the same extention. Will cancel all my insurance at your company. And will get him to so the same. You should be a shame for exploring my 87 year old father. By give him some bs about I need this, because the reason was. If I stay longer. It would be more likley increase my extention to get sick. What change since last year. He have all his insurance in same company. And will get him to the same. Shame on you. Will never use this company again 😡

I changed from tryg to get a better price and ended up to pay about 20000 nok more per year by changing to if.I had IF for many years and felt they were the best in spit of they had a higher price than the competitors.

The app and website is very easy to navigate for checking current, ordering new or cancelling any unwanted insurrances.
Just got a new one, and it was done in a few minutes, and the documents were ready.

I have used if for many years. May be they Are expencive, but the have supporterklubb me when I needed the.

Customer service doesn’t exist. You can spend 1 hour on the phone without any answer

If applied a blatantly incorrect calculation to my travel insurance claim. They deducted the full refund of a round-trip ticket from only one part of the claim, ignoring that it covered both outbound and return legs—and that these were two separate incidents.

Even after I explained this clearly, they refused to justify their calculation or provide any breakdown.

They kept wasting my time and patience for weeks with no results and understanding.

Would not recommend.

Future oriented, and feels modern. Almost a bit to modern. That chatbot is useless at times.
When damage happens, the process is fast and efficent, as long as everything is documented nice and tidy. If you need assistance, or them to help you out with something it gets slow.
The insurances and coverage is topnotch. But you are paying alot for them. So that's the main drawback. IF is expensive!
The agents and employees are often very likable, nice and feels genuine. But as most places, beeing loyal gets you nowhere.

If you get a good deal, take it, but be ready to jump ship when you get a better one next time somewhere else.

IF is 2-3star company in my opinion. They where a 4. But time changes.

They force you to pay fee even if its not in the policy.. and their custumer service are rude and ignorant..
