Unexpected problems with the package
I know InPost from Poland and their services are impeccable. Inpost Italia seems not to demonstrate the same level of professionalism. My international package C was put to the locker on Thursday. On Sunday, seeing it’s status hasn’t changed for a while I check the Italian tracking number and it was saying „there’s a problem with your package”. I got no notification or email, SMS about it. After writing to support I got a response that courier didn’t find anything in the locker - but I personally put the package there. Told them to check CCTV and then magically package was found in the distribution center 20 km away. Still after 5 days it hasn’t left Italy yet, and expected delivery time should be 3-5 days.
