I love that it's free. Easy to use, API integration is a huge plus. No automation workflows to send automated tenant check-ins. Free to use, API integration, and easy, fast support. Great for landlords who self-manage! User experience is nice, easy to understand and use. Great for smaller companies to people who are tech savvy and utilize the API service too. Incredible!

I like how Innago works very well for automating rent collection, allowing me to save a lot of time since it acts like a virtual assistant. I don't have to pursue each tenant because it sends automatic text messages, keeps track of rent collections, and tracks who has paid and who hasn't. It's really handy since I don't have to keep paperwork on hand, saving me storage space. Innago also makes leasing a property easy by allowing people to apply directly through the platform, automating background checks and providing all necessary information for approvals. This takes a lot of manual work off my hands.

Innago is a great tool to use as a landlord. There referral code payback program is a great incentive. Though, in general, it is a great one stop shop for everything about being a landlord. It'll help you write a lease if you don't have your own template. If you do have your own lease, they allow you to upload that. It provides an application that can be customized, it lists your property on multiple platforms, there are so many great features.

Cons - the background check for the application does not include what's in public record. We saw many applicants that came back with a clean record on Innago, though had a criminal record we found on MD judiciary case search, along with failure to pay rent. This is a flaw that is obviously concerning as a landlord. Also, the payment processing is slow each time which isn't ideal for receiving rent payments. Though, the fact that they still allow us to document rent payments conducted outside of Innago is awesome! The messaging within the app is slow to load and has been a bit buggy. A message will be sent but the other person won't see it until you leave the screen and open it again.

Even though we have faced a few issues and bugs, one important thing is how helpful Innago customer service has been. They've been patient, answered all our questions, and confirmed if our problems were resolved. We definitely recommend Innago

We have been using Innago for a little less than a month now. The initial setup of the properties was pretty straightforward with the option to add a lot of details. Tenant setup was easy and simple to invite exiting tenants. There are a lot of free features available, including the ability to modify exiting lease templates for e-signature through the platform, and free applications for prospective tenants. They also have additional screening options and you have control over who is financially responsible for certain fees. You can absorb some of the fees, all of the fees, or none of them. Whatever best suits your financial situation.

Free to start and super easy to implement and use for landlords and tenants!

It's completely free except for some ACH credit card transactions, which is amazing. The ease of use is a big plus, especially for a first-time landlord like me. I also find it invaluable for securely connecting with tenants and handling legally binding documents and payments. I appreciate the additional features such as damage reporting, chat capabilities, and having everything accessible via an app for both iPhone and Android, which makes communication much more convenient. The cost savings and ease of use were major reasons I switched from
Realtor.com to Innago.

I have been using innago now for about 6 years. I initially was using cozy.co, which was then acquired and migrated to apartments.com.

One of the big reasons I initially tried innago was that they handle deposit returns and I don't have to do that externally. I never understood why other services could handle bank transactions from tenant to landlord, but when it came time to return a deposit, you had to do that elsewhere.

I love that they handle the whole process. I can have a new tenant e-sign their lease and the document is kept accessible to both the landlord and tenant. I can set up payments, and they automatically come through to my bank account.

My two issues are that the user interface is a bit confusing and it doesn't export great PDF reports.

They have a great side bar which gives nice general categories, but some specific information/processes are harder to find since they're nested deeper and often not obvious to get to. Since it's mostly automated and I don't have to regularly be on the site, I usually forget how to find information and have to google it again every time.

After researching all of the apps & comparing prices, I found Innago to be the best bang for the buck. The platform experience along with the available features has been impressively simple. A lot of the other platforms immediately starting calling and spamming but nothing of the sort from Innago!

Innago is a straightforward property management software that is virtually free to use, helps create leases through their existing templates, and allows for electronic billing for rental payments from tenants. Their customer service is quick and dependable.

I enjoy the features included in one space. Saving me from having to use multiple software types to manage my real estate properties. You can receive electronic payments, maintenance requests, run reports, and manage income and expenses. You can scan and upload receipts so that you don't have to manage paper all year long.

The app/website interface is very useful friendly.

I have been using Innago for property management for about six months now. I appreciate how user-friendly it is. I am able to see everything that I need when it comes to tenant tracking and rental payments at a glance. I have not integrated any software with Innago, but I am looking into doing that in the near future.

This app/website has truly made my experience as a first time landlord easy and enjoyable. You can create listings, applications, lease agreements, and damage reports, as well as communicate with tenants, collect rent, and organize your income and debt finances. This all in one platform really does it all and I wouldn’t know what to do without it. If you’re not sure, just try it you will not be disappointed!

I enjoy the convenience of all my tenant information at my fingertips. The maintenance feature and payment features are the best I have seen.

Completely negative experience using this platform. There are no safety measures in place for fraud payments, their platform is clunky to use, and they don’t have provisions in place to help a landlord dispute issue and instead add additional fees. We had an issue with tenant reversing payment months after their lease ended and Innago withdrew funds without any notification to us. We would absolutely not recommend this service and this process revealed several other concerns. For any serious landlord, I would recommend going with a more vetted platform that has more protections in place.

So far, Innago has had some hiccups. Some are on my end learning the system. But it's a nightmare trying to reach support, especially when issues are urgent and you have no idea when you will hear back.

A rude man called me this morning, and I was in the middle of handling a leak for one of our homes. I asked if I could call right back, his response was that if I did, no idea when I would hear back. I tried asking additional questions, he abruptly said he had to end the call because he was going into a meeting.

It would be nice if they could provide at least a 4-hour callback window. Based on my experience so far, I am not a fan of being talked down to and no knowing when they will call back. As of right now I would not to recommend this software to large landlords/property management companies.
