Paid for The Botanist, received Isle of Raasay
Ordered for a bottle of The Botanist gin 2 weeks ago. Item got delivered after 2 days but inside the box was a bottle of Isle of Raasay gin, yet packing list correctly stated The Botanist. Sent a letter of complaint and followed-up the same week and week after but no response. Called Customer Service, was in line for more than 1.5 hours but to no avail. Now I'm stuck with a bottle which is not of my choice.

Long delay in delivery

Order did not deliver
I placed an order. Before ordering, contacted with them whether the product is available or not. They said it is available and will get in within 8-10 days but did not get any information after 10 days. I contacted again to them and now they are saying that product is sold out so they can't delivered the product. Very bad service.....

Lately orders are very late
Lately orders are very late. Two of my parcels was damaged in bring warehouse, maybe packed not enough good.

The badminton racket string broke in 3…
The badminton racket string broke in 3 times play. Very bad quality. The coach cut the string to protect the frame. The feed back from customer service is the product is not for cutting.!How could this kind of customer service who have no basis sense about sport tools.

Since you have cut the product so that only the frame itself remains, it is your own fault that the product is not as it should be.
If you had received the product in pieces or it had broken during use, we would be able to help and find a solution.
Since it is your own fault because you have cut the product, we cannot do much - If you had contacted us without having cut the product, we could have started a complaint
