We have been working with Amelia in the accreditations team in order to achieve Constructionline Gold Membership and throughout the process Amelia has been fantastic! She has explained things clearly, been incredibly patient, supportive and kept us updated throughout. As an Ecology company, we are not the usual type of company to achieve the Constructionline membership but Amelia has advised us step by step to ensure we provided the correct information and, just as importantly, advised what we didn't need to do so it saved us huge amounts of time. I would definitely use HS Direct again for our accreditations and Amelia in particular.

Great service. Our consultant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, ably assisting us with our accreditation. Response times can be a bit slow; however, someone always responds to your queries.

I have been using HS direct for a few years now to complete general H&S documents etc. and this is the 2nd year that they have helped us through a H&S accreditation for our company. It was Jo this year and she was great.
