Great communication, item looks good

Ordered a package, it did not arrive for one month.
I contacted their service, got a bot responding they cannot find my order.
I’m escalating this further.

I love the mat, I dont know how I lived without it for so long. The best wellness/ back health investment!

The product is okej but I waited a whole month to receive my package.

This company was able to deliver what no physical shop could deliver and to a great price.

This is a scam company. The product did not at all look like the picture and when trying to return it, the customer process (when they finally answered) state that a return is very costly due to them having their return centre in Hong Kong (even though they explicitly claim to be a Swedish company) and offering me 30% of the amount if I don’t return. I have never experienced a worse shopping experience and quite chocked of how easily they breach the law regarding the right of the consumer customer to make returns.

Ordered one item, got the wrong one, they don't bother to refund you and you don't even get the correct item you ordered.

Stay away !!

A final warning to potential customers!We made a mistake by ordering a T-shirt from this company. The customer service is terrible: they ignore emails and refuse to give any information regarding delivery. As of today, our item still hasn’t arrived. Do not risk your money with them.

Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered a lamp and one month later I got a lamp which had wrong size and wrong color. Before I got the lamp in my mailbox I got a message from the carrier that the item would be delivered to my mailbox. Already then I suspected that it was wrong because the lamp that I ordered would not fit in my mailbox. So I contacted them about it and they answered that they would look into it. When I got the package and opened it, I could see that it was the wrong size, 15 cm instead of 41 cm which I had ordered. I wrote another e-mail and attached a picture of the lamp and a measuring tape beside it. From that point it has been nothing but silence from them. I guess I have to blame myself because I paid in advance instead of using Klarna which I usually do if possible.
In short, do not buy anything from Hemnix.se. They are scammers.

The personal service I received was excellent. Delivery was longer than expected and dealt with professionally and in a helpful manner.

I bought a Japanese doorbell. Very small, not very loud, but nice as a housewarming gift. The produkt was delivered to my mailbox early Saturday morning.

A great product! I dont know many in-ear hearingpods I have bought and I don't have any with both pair left! They have a tendency to fall out, and I loose one and after some time both.
That doesn't happen with these! I use them exlusively for listen to books, and the sound is very good.

That You upgraded Your delivery! Last Friday the police phoned and said they had a packet there for my husband. It was found about 500 metres from where we live, opened and thrown away. But he could get it back at the station and paying a finders fee. Even though we don’t trust Early Bird, we will continue to NOT use businesses who use EB for their deliverances!

Delivery took a bit of time, but the product came fine.

Not only was the cargo delivered late, but only one of the five-piece set promised in the ad arrived. I wrote to the company, but I didn't get a response; I was scammed. The incoming product is useless without others, and in this case it is just garbage. So what about my money?

Inte nog med att leveransen blev försenad, så levererades endast en del av det 5-delarsset som utlovades i annonsen. Jag har skrivit till företaget men har inte fått något svar; jag känner mig lurad.
