Top service! Ellie has a lot of patience and helped me made my choice.

I purchased a TV from this portal 40 days ago, and they took my payment immediately. Since then, the communication has been absolutely non-existent unless I aggressively chase them down.Every single time I follow up, I get the exact same stalling tactic: "Our planning department is looking into it." They refuse to provide a definite delivery date. The TV has still not been delivered, and it is highly obvious what is happening here. They clearly sold stock they did not actually have during a portal sale, and now they are holding my money hostage.The worst part is their customer service response to a refund request. I explicitly asked for my payment back, but they refused and insisted they are "still processing the order." Keeping a customer's money for over his month without delivering the product or providing a timeline is completely unacceptable. Save your time, money, and sanity, and buy from a reputable retailer instead.

No mess, no hassle—just a seamless and high-quality installation. If you need your TVs mounted, these are the people to call!

Very fast contact when selling the tv. But once you pay it is slow. Then after some days they say delivery is delayed by 1-2 weeks. Cancelling the order also took multiple days and contact with 3 different people. Do not buy here

I bought a used TV here that was over 10 years old. Unfortunately, it developed an LED issue about a year after I bought it.

One of the great things about HelloTV is that they offer a 12 month exchange policy on used TVs. Mine actually started malfunctioning about a week after that 12 month period ended, so I was worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it.

The staff at HelloTV Groningen were incredibly understanding and took great care of me. They exchanged the TV without any issues and helped me pick out another one that was just as good.

Very slick and personalized service from Sabrina, and the product I had ordered at 18.30 was delivered by 10.00 the following day.

Cannot say enough about the perfect online experience when buyng a new TV! Ellie was fantastic, patient, explaining all the details and finally after long discussions we came to a deal.

Overall, a good experience. They do not push on you to buy something more expensive or a brand you do not want or are not sure about. You can negotiate, just make sure that it is clear what the final price is, as you can turn in your old TV to get a different price. They never seemed to be annoyed when I had many questions.
The only thing was that it took a while to finalise the deal as I did it via email. There were quite a few questions about if you wanted a wall hanger, cables and additional insurance. Maybe it would be good to have it cleared when the final price is set.
But I still give five stars for the overall buying experience and for the good deal I got.
