You get what you booked. Nice experience

Clear, fast, good price.

I was worried at first, but everything went smoothly. I received my ticket one day before the concert, exactly as promised. It wasn’t possible to buy tickets through the official website, so I was concerned about whether I would receive mine. Thankfully, Hello Tickets provided excellent service and made it possible to get tickets that were otherwise very difficult to buy.

Yes, the tickets are probably a bit more expensive, but you don’t have to spend hours waiting in an online queue only to find out that all the tickets are sold out. Instead, you simply receive your ticket and can fulfill your dream of attending a concert like BTS. It was totally worth it!

Initially, I considered booking through other platforms, but after reading numerous reviews, I found Hello Tickets to be the most trustworthy and hassle-free option. The entire booking process was simple, reliable, and straightforward.

Uncertainty
I planned a whole trip to Paris for a concert of BTS. I did recieve tickets but in PDF form. So I am very uncertain if I will be able to actually get in. How many others will have the exact same tickets? It is a gamble until I arrive at the concert and the uncertainty is definitely killing me!

Edit: I am back after the concert, there ended up being no issues whatsoever. Both tickets worked and they even informed me through mail that the concert got set to 30 minutes earlier! The point of anxiety still stands but they did deliver!

Update aug 2026 TLDR: in the end got my money back, but took a lot of effort.

Bought tickets for Tame Impala in Munchen with standing place of the Innerraum floor section in front of the stadium.

They provide the tickets one day in advance. When opening the tickets it showed standing places but for Umgriff Stehplatz. Which is way up in the stadium, behind the second ring.

Upon notifying them, Hellotickets first claimed that the tickets were going to be good for the Innerraum. Later they put me in contact with the original buyer that also claimed they were going to be good for Innerraum. After I showed proof, orignal buyer stopped responding and Hellotickets What'sapp service said I should ask for a refund via email.

Hellotickets via email first tried again to say that these were the correct standing tickets. And after I showed the difference between Innerraum and Umgriff Stehplatz with links from the Olympiahalle website, they are now 3 weeks not responding.

UPDATE: They finally responded on June 22 and are trying to pay for the difference between tickets, that I did not use and send back, before the event to the original buyer. Instead of giving me a full refund.

Booking was quite easy, information was clear and correct. Excursion was private, some general information was given by the guide and there was also enough free time. There was also room for questions about the situation in (northern) Cyprus.

I tried to order baseball tickets from the website. At the stage where I had five minutes before the tickets were released, I checked the price with service charge and decided it was too high. I never clicked on purchase, let the tickets go and went on another platform.

A day later they emailed me to thank me for my purchase! As I never clicked the big blue button, I wrote to tell them they made a mistake. They wrote back to say I was wrong and they would not refund the £1000 they charged me. I disputed the charge and told them how angry I was.

A few weeks later, they admitted the error and removed the charge. It was a scary few weeks and they did own up to the mistake in the end - but be careful.

It was the 2nd time I ordered tickets of The Phillies game and again everything went smooth and all promisses are went true !
For sure the next time it will Hellotickets again.

We bought tickets from them, but the instructions they provided were incorrect. And still they refuse to provide a refund. Do not buy tickets from them unless you want to be scammed!

I am still waiting for the tickets for Bon Jovi's concert in Edinburgh in August 2026.I bought them on 13th November 2025. I also sent reminder to the official site without any feedback. I am so disappointed. The question mark is whether I will ever receive my tickets.?

I bought tickets for a Real Madrid game. All went smooth. This was the second time I used Hello Tckets. Both times I’ve been very satisfied.

A bit skeptical at first due lack of information but everything went fine. Tickets arrived a week ahead of Six Nations game, smooth entry on venue, very nice seats and view.

This is a scam company.do not buy from them.i bought ticket for £149 last Sept for Florence&the Machine.no confirmation rcd &still notkt.iveemailed repeatedly(no tel no).hey said I booked with another account .checked my Gmail :no confirmation,no ticket.ive since read very negative reviews .I'm hoping Santander can recover my money.meanwhile I will report to Trading Standards.companies like this who are exploiting people& do dishonest should be closed down&prosecuted

Still haven't heard a response or a refund - Of course I haven't because it is scam company looking like a real company. INVALID TICKETS - My son bought tickets to the Chelsea V Pathos game 21.1.26 - Chelsea booking office advised tickets were invalid and he was refused entry. We have had no reply from this company and no refund of £310.00 since. DO NOT USE

Hellotickets sold tickets for what seemed to be a Bruno Mars concert, but it was actually a tribute band. This was only made clear after buying the tickets.
They first refused to cancel and still sent the tickets via the official ticket seller. I refused them. Only after the event and a lot of frustrating communication did I get a refund.
Very disappointing and unpleasant experience. My advice is to first look on the website of the official ticket seller of the event.

Still waiting for my tickets for the Newcastle/crystal palace match Tomorrow 4th January. Getting nervous now as got my coach tickets booked and people to look after me. Help. Please send my ticket 🙏

Tickets purchased on December 22 for Disneyland Paris were never delivered.
After contacting customer service, I received an email on the same day confirming that I would receive a full refund (almost €300).
To this day, no refund has been received. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, but I have received no response at all.
Very disappointing experience. Lack of communication and failure to refund money after confirmation is unacceptable. I would not recommend booking through this company.
