Provided wrong tickets - no reaction to provide refund
Update aug 2026 TLDR: in the end got my money back, but took a lot of effort.
Bought tickets for Tame Impala in Munchen with standing place of the Innerraum floor section in front of the stadium.
They provide the tickets one day in advance. When opening the tickets it showed standing places but for Umgriff Stehplatz. Which is way up in the stadium, behind the second ring.
Upon notifying them, Hellotickets first claimed that the tickets were going to be good for the Innerraum. Later they put me in contact with the original buyer that also claimed they were going to be good for Innerraum. After I showed proof, orignal buyer stopped responding and Hellotickets What'sapp service said I should ask for a refund via email.
Hellotickets via email first tried again to say that these were the correct standing tickets. And after I showed the difference between Innerraum and Umgriff Stehplatz with links from the Olympiahalle website, they are now 3 weeks not responding.
UPDATE: They finally responded on June 22 and are trying to pay for the difference between tickets, that I did not use and send back, before the event to the original buyer. Instead of giving me a full refund.
