The hbada E3 series is okay. The quality doesn't seem the best, considering the lower lumbar support can't hold its position. The piece is constantly sliding down (and making me slide it back up with my whole back), resulting in the mesh on the lower lumbar support becoming detached from the frame.
The chair lasted only about 4 months before the mesh fell out. As for the lumbar support staying in place, it never worked to begin with.
I like the chair and its flexible design. However, the arms don’t appear to seat completely down onto the chair base and the armrests feel flimsy and keep my ving with the slightest pressure when moving the chair. The seat feels tilted forward with a sense of sliding, and instructions to fix this don’t appear to work. I will keep the chair but the arms need work and the instructions on adjusting. I personally am sick of having to watch a video for an explanation and would just prefer a simple diagram and written instructions.
Hbada chairs have saved my back! They are remarkably adjustable and comfortable. The assembly is simple and the customer service Is excellent. You will be very pleased!

This chair is awful. It’s falling apart after the first week and support is beyond terrible. Buy a chair from a reputable company, this chair is along with support is trash. I’m going to have to do a charge back now.

I sometimes experience sciatic nerve pain while taking computer-based classes, and the X7 Lumbar system has been incredibly helpful. I love that after sitting a while the lumber will automatically massage your back. I can also prop up my legs now. The adjusting of the armrest is very helpful in typing and reading.
Chair is exceptionally customizable. You can dial it in to perfection.
This is a heavy chair, it takes 2 people to put it together. Its built very strong, I love all the back support it has and the massaging it gives. I had issues with the set controls, but with help with the service department a new set was sent out and works well now. the only complaint I would have is the arm padding is kinda hard. wish there was more padding on them.
This is a very cheap chair. The height adjustment does not work, and neither does the lumbar support. Very dissappointed that I purchased this chair.

HBADA products are high quality, have brilliant ergonomic designs, are extremely comfortable, reasonably priced. The service is excellent and shipping is free. The instructions for assembly are very good and the necessary tools are provided. They even included some extra screws!
Only disappointment is that the P2 chairs are currently out of stock.
Please let me know when the P2 series chairs are back in stock!
Nice chair, seat padding isn't going to last too long I think though, feels a bit thin in places. Pieces move too easily, should be locks for all the moving parts so when you get it set you can not have to constantly treat the chair like it's made of glass without having to reconfigure it everytime you sit down.

is not what I expected
1, the seat is not comfortable
2, Lumbard bar doesn't stay in place
3, hand rest is not sturdy and stable
4, seat keep leaning back should have lock in place

My chair arrived broken. I have been in contact with customer service but it has been 4 days and I have still not received any resolution

Quality is not as good as what marketing pictures were seem to be
Very bad customer service rude and don’t let me return it.

Backrest snapped twice on the same model. Seller admitted in writing it has structural problems, pulled it from their site, then stopped responding to a reasonable refund/replacement offer. Fine if you’re small; a hazard if you’re tall or heavier.

The purchasing experience was easy, the chair shipped quickly, I liked the packaging, and the setup instructions were extremely easy to follow. I have no complaints about the companies service at this point though to be fair, nothing was shipped wrong/broken/damaged so I havent needed to reach out to customer service yet.
Ordered two chairs from the company. One of them arrived broken, and I am now being told it's going to take 2 months for them to provide a new part; alternatively, I can take a returned chair, pull the part I need, and then keep everything else. New replacement parts should be readily available.

If I could give zero stars I would. The first chair came, which cost $500, and the box was ripped apart and there were parts missing. Took over a week to get a return shipping label from customer service. Next chair took another week plus to get here and the box was ripped apart again. Nothing good to say whatsoever so far. This chair costs way too much for such poor service.
