Thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm genuinely sorry the chair hasn't matched what you expected — comfort is the whole point for us, so this really matters.
Please don't feel stuck with it. A couple of the things you mentioned — the seat reclining on its own and the lumbar bar shifting — can usually be sorted with a quick adjustment, and if the armrest feels loose or anything is faulty, we'll replace the part at no cost. If the fit still isn't right after that, we're happy to arrange a return.
