My hat arrived quickly and was well packaged with its own zipper pouch I can store it in. It seems pretty good quality; I could not have made a hat this nice for the price they charged.

Got the Men's Gothic Asymmetrical Punk Skirt with Belt and it arrived just in time! Got a lot of attention for it at Basement and the quality was pretty good. Even after washing. Very recommended if you want a versatile look. Only constructive feedback is that it would be good if the belt could be adjusted more. Fortunately the waist sat exactly where I wanted it to but if I wanted to tighten it, there is no native way for me to do so other than making my ass bigger. Good product!

The clothing looks great, but sometimes, the material feels a little flimy. I have found other companies selling the same stuff cheaper but hard and heavy rules when it comes to variety. I have ordered 6 things from them and they all arrived in a reasonable time.

I made an accidental purchase once but they helped me out very quick.

The store has a tone of great clothing, in my opinion much better then anything you can buy in a shoping mall. If you like this style of clothing they have a large variety of great looking stuff.

Id give them five stars if they kept the price of things equal to competitors in some cases and if they had clothing that felt more robust a little safer to wear casually but still looked as good.

Im not really sure why so many people complain… i cant say anything bad about my order. Delivery service was fast and the quality of the items i bought were as expected for that price range and the brand. Im really happy. Thank you!

A frustrating experience that ultimately ended on a positive note

I purchased a shirt that was advertised as featuring removable chains, but the shirt arrived without them. Customer service eventually acknowledged that the product description was incorrect and that the mistake was theirs.

The return process was more difficult than it should have been, particularly because I was initially expected to pay the return shipping despite the error being on the company’s end. I was disappointed by that.

However, I want to give credit where it is due. Helen from customer service stepped in, acknowledged my concerns, issued a full refund, and made a genuine effort to make amends for the inconvenience.

Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds when they do. While the experience was frustrating, I appreciate that they ultimately took responsibility and worked to make things right.

I’m willing to give HARD’N’HEAVY another chance. In fact, I already have when I discovered that they carry Alchemy UK.

I recently purchased two pieces from Hardnheavy and I’m really impressed. The fabric feels soft and high-quality, even though they are made of PU leather. Everything fits true to size, the vest as well as the pants. Really love the overall design and construction of the pieces and hope that they will hold up well over time. Great value for the price and let me tell you this fashion is anything but subtle. Highly recommend!

Avoid!!! Scam. Ordered a UK size 7.5 and relieved a size 5. No reply to my message asking for help regarding a refund or replacement. Completely ignored. I highly suspect most recent reviews are fake as they are speaking so highly of the company and its products which is strange because of you scroll through you soon get to the very bad reviews saying similar things to my own experience. I should have checked the reviews here first! Dont be fooled.

The products are great, nothing similar on the market, but they ship from china and the shipment is not the quickest, it took a month to arrive.

I think HARD'N'HEAVY is a very good company to get edgy and fierce stuff that I like to get every now and then. I never ordered anything from them that wasn't extremely cool or striking to look at.

Would be five stars but the blouse I ordered was a bit too small and so I'll have to figure out what to do with that - if it had some stretch for some give then it would have been perfect. I love the look of what I ordered but it's not particularly wearable without risking tearing seams :(

I think if I went up a size to xxl then it would be perfect, don't know if I can be traded in or what.

I ordered a pair of New Rock Shoes a few weeks ago and they finally came in today! I love them so much and they feel perfect. The only issue that I faced with these was the shipment delays. These were supposed to be delivered this past Friday. Long story short, I am so glad I got them! Hard'N' Heavy is amazing and they have good communication. Whenever I have a question or they ask me, they always respond in a timely manner. Thank you HNH for these shoes and for all you do!!!

Vest got here at a decent time in great condition and it looks even better than I expected. Will for sure continue buying here.

The products are great. The shipping can be a pain due to customs/shipping delays etc, but there's nothing to do on the vendor side. What's really incredible is H&H customer service. When I had a sizing issue and then had to return/exchange/deal with customs etc, the team has been extremely helpful and did their best to resolve. So I'll chose that over any issue that can come up during shipping!

I bought two mens shirts and they were both very well made and beautiful, however, one was not as I expected it to be and I asked to return it for a refund. The service was excellent and swift. A very good company, I wouldn`t hesitate to use again.
