Selling used products as new
Selling used products and marketing them like new.
When contacting customer support they say "that the plastic cover on the watch and wristband might have fallen off while beeing transported"
If you do wrong. At least stand up for yourself and don't make up excuses.

The strap I bought broke after one week and klockmagasinet are refusing to refund the faulty product. Stay away from these guys.

The Kronaby watch is fantastic
The Kronaby watch is fantastic, 5 out of 5, but the strap with unstitched edges was a disappointment, 2 out of 5. Got a new strap, which was good service, but also the new one split between the layers. Thus, choose a watch that has bands with stitched edges.

Never again
I placed an order that never got delivered. When I contacted them they said I had to solve it myself and that I still had to pay for it, even though I never got the package.
Very unserious business so please do yourself a favor: if you wanna buy watches, make sure you buy it from somewhere else 'cause this company is not to be trusted and have the worst customer service. Will never order anything from them again.
