This business is a SCAM, get the same products from other famous China based companies at the expected price, don’t fall for it.
This so called UK based company isn’t UK based at all, returning items cost you the same price as the product price.

A beautiful chunky knit jumper that is exactly the same in real life as the beautiful picture, which is why I wanted to buy another one!

Do not buy from this company. They advertise money back with no hassle but the reality is they charge postage back to Asia and a restocking fee of 20 euros. The sizing is utterly wrong making the item I ordered size large far too small. Use any other company but not Kimberly benn.

Item took weeks to arrive and when it did it was not the item I had ordered.

Fraudulent company selling counterfeit clothes. No indication on the website that the shoes i bought weren't genuine. They arrived weeks later, terrible quality. Company then made it clear that a return could in theory be made but would take weeks for money to be returned and would ultimately cost over half what I paid for the shoes in return postage.
Company should not be allowed to trade as it is theft and fraud.

Never buy from this company. They are not UK based. Returns have to be sent to china. You have to pay the return and then theee is a 15% fee. I ordered the same dress twice and tried to cancel one of them. Couldn’t do it. When the dresses turned up they were poor quality

Good website and easy to manoeuvre.
Product was poor quality fabrics and construction.
Sizing was extremely small in reality compared with website measurements.
Responsive customer services but return is overseas so postage is expensive for returns and expensive handling fee also.

Please avoid buying from this company!! I bought a jacket for £40 which did not fit then tried to return it as per the 30 day return statement on their website. I had to email for return address details which have still not been provided 6 emails later. They offered to send a replacement jacket in a different size (postage to be paid by me!). When I persisted in requesting a refund and return, I was advised there would be a $20 restocking charge deducted from any refund and I would have to pay shipping fees. The email ended with an almost threatening statement advising the company would not be responsible if parcel went missing through customs. In the end, so not being issued a refund. I chose to keep the jacket and donate to charity shop rather than communicate any further with this company. Please beware.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I didn’t realise this was a Chinese-based company. I bought a pair of shorts that needed to be returned and assumed it would be straightforward because they advertise a 30-day return guarantee.

What they don’t make clear is that the customer has to pay the return shipping, which cost me £20. Instead of offering a practical solution, they offered me a 60% discount on buying a second pair, which still would have cost me £16.

Very disappointing customer service and a misleading returns policy. I wouldn’t buy from this company again and would advise others to read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering.

I ordered a size 4 pair of trainers, they sent me a size 5... contacted "Customer Services" (which is basically a copy and paste job) - I was asked to send the item back - but I had to pay £20 for postage... I stupidly did this and requested the correct size be sent.

They sent me a size 5 again.

I have been back and forth ever since with them via email, the only resolution they have offered is for me to send the item back AGAIN and pay the postage AGAIN... they have sent me the wrong size twice now.

Please avoid at all costs - absolute scam!

Dress was ordered weeks ago finally arrived yesterday which was too late, got in touch right away for a refund,to be told ( even though they offer 30 day return on goods, no hassle) that it would cost a ridiculous amount to post to Asia with a $20 USD cost to restock it, no refund just a replacement, the dress was nothing like the picture poor quality material and way way too small, my mistake should have read the reviews first but it was a panic buy. On a good note my niece was here so she’s dying it black then going to decorate it for a witch themed Halloween party.

Ordering was great but that's where it ends. Stating that delivery is with Royal Mail fools you into thinking the item is in the UK, but no, Royal Mail is for the 'last mile' after it has taken 3 weeks to arrive in UK. What arrived does not match the description, cushioned sole is a rock hard shoe bottom. The quality is inferior, poorly made, and very uncomfortable. I sent an email to say I wasn't happy, they didn't address any of the points I made, but gave details of how I could return them to Asia at my expense and lose a restocking fee, and said it might take ages. As I've already wasted time and money on this rubbish, I'm not willing to waste any more, so will just hand them to a charity shop.

Here we go again another Chinese company pretending to have a uk store. I’ve been totally scammed again this time ordered a pair of shorts not cheap think around £40 so first alarm bells was waiting for deliver took about 2 weeks but of cause coming from china. when they did finally get delivered I opened the cheap nasty plastic packaging what presented to me was the most cheaply made shorts, rubbish I was not happy being ripped off again by these cheap Chinese rubbish companies probably running out of someone’s bed room.
So sent an email regarding my disappointment and wanted to return the goods back to them in uk as per uk address shop. But no that’s not the case you have to send back to china, then they want £20 restocking fee and more delays, I think this scam is deliberate so you don’t chase your money as returns work out far expensive this is blatant corruption on a massive scale that’s going on in the uk regarding these companies pretending to be based in the uk
So yet again I will be contacting by credit card company to retrieve my money so yes use credit card that way your almost guaranteed to get your money back without playing their ripoff

Please please do not BUY anything from these people the clothes are shabby ill fitting and cheap in looks and materials. They are a total misrepresentation of what they look like on their webpage. I tried to cancel this order a couple of hours after placing it they refused to cancel the order saying it was their policy. The best I can do with what I have received is use the items as dish clothes or mop the floor. I feel so stupid at not checking out this company first. Please don’t buy anything it’s just not worth it I have wasted £135 thinking I was going to get great quality clothing. I will never ever buy from these people again. In future I will stick to retailers that I know and trust. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Absolute scammers! Do not use this company, when I purchased a pair of Mary Jane Dr Martens, they offered me extra discount on my order to which was miss leading, I ended up buying a 2nd pair at a discounted price. I contacted them within 5 minutes of order confirmation asking to cancel the 2nd pair and they would not accept it. This was on 22nd August and I have still not received them today. Emails have been passed back and forth advising they are in transit to only learn today when I ask for tracking details that they are not in transit. Absolutely disgusting!!

Ordered a 3 piece suit it took over 14 days to arrive this was going to be for an occasion so it was no longer needed for that.I,m a small man an usually fit medium or ordered a large and it wouldn't have fitted tom thumb the quality was poor I contacted them they said I could keep it and they would send a larger size if I payed the postage but beware they give you a discount code for the larger item and the suit is back to its urinal price so your actually paying more .Also they parade as if your buying from the UK your not it's from Asia hence the sizing.Steer well clear or get ribbed.
