Ai isn't good and very slow and then when you want to downgrade your subscription you can't you can only upgrade. So you try to get help and they just show you exactly what you were already doing via a video. Then you can't talk or communicate with a human. Definitely do not recommend.

I am absolutely loving their background removal tool! So useful in my daily tasks. thanks a lot!

I have had KITTL for quite awhile. I never had a problem with their customer service, their website, over all amazing. Drew and the crew are amazing. KITTL always have updates/classes for everything in their website.

Kittl is always has my back when I need them. Support has always gotten back to me in short order.

Absolutely horrible when things go wrong! They have 10 million active users and only 2 people active on CHAT SUPPORT. 30 min. wait for any help, and if you click on anything close the chat and you have to start over. Yes they email possible solutions, not knowing you have tried those already for over 1 week. Looking for another company to use that actually over some sort of SUPPORT... I pay $20 month for 1 year, with no problem and now can not upload and no help to be found... SHAME!!!!!!

I love Kittl, this an amazing platform for all my creative work. It allows me to bring all my creative thoughts to life for both of the businesses I am working on. Their customer service is top notch. You can’t go wrong when you’re using Kittl.

My honest opinion.
I used a lot of ai software programs.
I thought most where great , an then I found Kittl and no other ai programs even comes close.
If you're looking for the best and pricing Kittl is for you.
You will find out this is the Best of the best.

Unreliable and often frustrating!
Sometimes when I give it instructions to amend an AI image, it ignores them and reproduces the exact same image – repeatedly.
Sometimes when I remix an existing AI image, it creates a totally different image with made up text.
This wastes a lot of time and credits.
Any AI tool can create images, so there's no point paying for a standalone one like Kittl.
The only positive is that when I asked for a pro-rata refund, they agreed!

Despicable business, hope it fails. Stealing from actual designers and promoting laziness.

Kittl works intermittently for me. While the service is great when it works, it often has difficulty generating imagery and videos consistently. It will spin for a while until it times out. I am a graphic designer, and my computer is fully equipped.-- In comparison, I've used other platforms that generate with no issue. I sent them detailed accounts of my issue, along with multiple screenshots and videos. They had me jump through hoops to prove my case, and I am about 30 emails deep in being passed around from person to person. They also admitted in writing: "Our Engineering Team is actively aware of this behavior and continues to work on improvements to provide a smoother and more consistent experience." Even though customer service admitted they actively have issues with what I was complaining about, they would not refund me. Instead, they offered me 500 free tokens for a service I am unable to use. If it worked, I would love to stick with Kittl, but I don't think they respect that I spent money on this and expect it to work consistently. I've spent more time reaching out to customer service, sending them videos, and having to do a chargeback than actually generating imagery on their platform.

This company acknowledges that their software doesn't always work, and despite this, they refuse to give customer refunds. That's ILLEGAL.

kittl isn't a bad website am a pro at it the only problem I have with them is you cant vectorize linear or radial colors from an uploaded image without it turning into flat Colors and they should add brushes, spray paint, and add gussean effect for lines you wish to tone

I have been using Kittl for my small t-shirt business now for 2 years and I completely LOVE it! I tried several others, but Kittl and I just meshed lol!
Just a side note…It says that I have to put a date when I used it, but I use Kittl almost every day. Oh and I am a real person. (Sad this has to be affirmed)

There's a lot of brilliant designs I can find on Kittle. I'm trying to start my t-shirt business, it inspired me a lot!

Kittl is great. The customer service is very good and I like how they keep checking back to make sure you received their message and to make sure any issues are resolved.

It is a great platform if you are looking to create design copies, mockups, and social posts. And even the customer service was on point and solved my issue of credit error usages and refunded it.

Very happy with the templates and trends. Was very helpful for my brands
