Be aware, do your research
I got their Instagram ad and signed up. It's a wizard that takes all kinds of information, which looks nice, but the app experience is completely disconnected from the onboarding I do on Instagram so all this information is lost. This is mainly for products, not for services or any other thing that you would like to market.
Another thing is that I signed up for the trial, which is like 30, and immediately after signing up and paying the $30 they say, "Pay another $50 to boost it. If you don't pay another $50 then you won't perform well." Wait so what did I just pay for then?
I wanted to get my products from my website. I tried that several times and always failed to get the information from my website, from different websites actually.
Then in the app I fill in everything manually and it says, "Okay this is a free trial. From day 7 you have to pay." Wait but I already paid twice so what now?

really good for a small business
really good for a small business! we dont have the money to make all the posts and videos! this app is so economical to do al lot it at a reasonable cost. there is a learning curve. just hope if they would assign an account manager for the first month to show the best ways to use it!

Great tool for creating social media ads
I've been using Zeely to create videos and image ads for my Shopify pet store, and it's been easy to get started. The AI avatars, scripts, and ad templates save a lot of time compared to creating everything from scratch. I also like that I can generate content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook quickly.
There are still a few things that could be improved. Sometimes video generation takes a while or fails before finishing, and I'd love to see more customization options for prompts and editing.
Overall, it's a useful platform for creating marketing content, especially if you're just starting an online store. I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to improve.

I was genuinely looking forward to using this service and was happy to pay the advertised subscription cost of $29.95. However, during the sign-up process, I was redirected into the Vzeely app and then charged an additional $39.95.
This felt misleading and unfair, especially while trying to navigate the platform as a new user. Pricing should be transparent from the start, and customers should not feel they are being pushed into unexpected additional charges.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience and has left me feeling taken advantage of rather than supported as a customer.
