This shop is one of my favourites to use, one of the top stores on my trustworthy list to buy SKZ stuff. Shipping updates for preorders are always great, shop owner communicates quickly if anything is up with the store like delays etc. also such good prices compared to other UK based stores.

I also enjoy that their shop is connected to shop it makes account making and checkout so much easier and quicker.

Pre-ordered some great Stray Kids Fan made merchandise. It was well made and as described. Although there was a delay in the order being fulfilled when expected KbySeni was open and informative about the situation. Also loved the added freebies included with my items which were well packaged and delivered safely.

I stumbled across this site and I am really glad I did.
I ended up placing an order for pre order items back in December. Of course, since I’d never used them before I was a little nervous, but at the same time thought “sod it” worst that would happen would be I wouldn’t get the stuff (such first world problems)
Anyway, my ordered arrived earlier than I expected it to and so well packed. Everything was absolutely perfect!
The pre order updates on the site are also really handy and easy to understand. The site is easy to navigate and there is a really good selection of official and fan made items.

kbyseni's sourcing service is fast and reliable. everything is always perfectly packed and handled with great attention and care, and communication is excellent.
i've always had great experiences shopping from them. the only downside for me is the customs fees, which as a customer based in italy, i consistently have to pay. of course, it's not kbyseni's fault, but unfortunately it's an important drawback that makes it difficult and less convinient for me to continue purchasing in the future, which i really regret.

I buy a lot of Stray Kids products from Kbsyeni (both online and at events). They are always nice and communicative if there are any issues.

I recently tried to get the WolfChan DoIt speaker, but unfortunately due to low stock with the main supplier, she had to inform anyone buying of this. She offered either a refund or a replacement in a member still available. I did choose to go with PuppyM as he was my second choice and I didn’t want to miss out. Thought that’d be it on the issue.

Nope.

This seller emailed those who missed out on WolfChan this past weekend to let us know they’d found a way to restock and gave us early access to buy it! I took the chance and got my WolfChan speaker within a few days.

I’m very grateful they took the extra time to find a product that was so popular it sold out fast. Definitely will keep shopping with them for my Skz merch.

I have bought a few times now from Kbyseni and everything has always been amazing!! Everything is always packed lovely and always arrives in great time. You can source official SKZ merch that can be harder to get or that are exclusive merch etc (and cheaper unlike prices on eBay at times) Also Kbyseni’s fan made merch like the Skzoo binders are so adorable and well made and I highly recommend getting them if you are a collector of skz pc’s like me 🫶 Again a really awesome shop for skz merch and would highly recommend 🫶🫶🫶

i bought the 15cm leebit (the victory skzoo 2022) from kbyseni and the sourcing process was honestly amazing. everything was smooth and well organised, with clear updates so i always knew what was happening. the item was secured quickly and packaged carefully, and my leebit arrived in perfect condition 😁 overall it was stress free, reliable, and such a good experience. i’ll defo be using again.
