Terrible unhelpful staff in store
Terrible unhelpful staff in store.
Online purchase sent to store was all unhelpful and slow. Website dictates 2 business days for delivery, however customer service informed me it’s closer to 4days. Once you open an enquiry via email it isn’t saved and therefore every subsequent response has a wait time of 24hours.
The shop stocks some amazing brands and I can’t understand why they would choose such a haphazard crap shop to stock them.

Not trustworthy! Cheeters Arc’teryx Beta SV
The Arc’teryx Beta SV had a mistake in Fabrikation which was Even marked with a Sticker so that someone Must have known about it when I asked for a replacement Nobody got back in touch with me I was just ignored!
So Not trustworthy!
This is my respond to your answere, I am only let in to change this text but Not to reply to this!!! So do Not Trust! Of course a has to send pictures as Proof and my Name tel no e-Mail, Home Adress… the only reply I ever received was that my request was Sent to the next Team who
Will deal with it! So again do Not Trust! The damaged Seem was marked by a Sticker so they knew that they cheeted on me! Shame on them!
