Major issues trying to exercise my consumer rights here. Due to a misleading search return (searched for Saucony Ride 19 Wide, their system pushed the Guide 19 Wide), I made a mistaken order and attempted to cancel immediately. 21run completely lacks an online cancellation or withdrawal process. To make matters worse, their helpline is non-functional and timed out every single time I called. If you are an EU shopper expecting basic, legally required withdrawal capabilities and a working support channel, avoid this site.

They are also withholding my refund claiming they do not know where the return is despite full tracking that it is with them

My story with 21run is similar to a lot of the reviews here, I bought 4 running vests from them, tried them all in my bedroom, none were a good fit so packed them up immediately and sent them back, I then got an email to say one of the vests had been worn and they were retuning it to me, they said there was small mark on it & in fairness they sent photos of it, I disputed this with them and argued that the mark was either on it when I recieved it or happened within the full month that passed between me posting it and them emailing me, be very very careful ordering from here, if there is even the slightest chance you may need to return something I would steer clear.

Stay away - fraud!

This company does not accept any warranty claims (or faulty deliveries) - they have weird IT-system with chatbots and non-functioning websites that will never actually process any claims. This is actually fraud!

I tried to order, it says free shipping, i go to check out 217kr for delivery!.

The delivery is late. The website said my order would arrive on Wednesday. I still haven't received it. I wasn't offered any compensation in the chat, and my request for a discount was also denied.

I ordered some shoes from here. The ordering process and the notifications were all really quick and it all seemed professional. The shoes arrived, but they were too small and I had to send them back. I had to pay for the return myself, which I’m fine with.

But: the return has been back with the seller for 20 days now and I haven’t received a refund yet. That’s completely unacceptable!

This company doesn't work with the EU 2 year return ruling. I bought some spikes, which I only wore twice - I don't need spikes often, but bought them for the long term (LOL) - and the carbon plate broke. The shoe is clearly fresh - no erosion of the outsole, spike plate is sparkling, etc. Anyway it's been over a year, so they wouldn't allow a return or exchange despite the video and photos I sent. Avoid these people.

Bought a pair of shoes that never got delivered and where sent back to the company. After that they were nice and complient but i never recived any money back from a refund. Poorly handled and i get the feeling more and more of a scam company since they stopped replying..

The only site I found that have my size for the model I wanted and at great price too !
Order received in less than 48 hours and in perfect condition. I highly recommand them !

Probably because I’m getting too old for this stuff, but I couldn’t figure out the sizing. I tried my best to match everything and it still didn’t work. The account wouldn’t log in and there was no help from customer support.

Sure, they’ve set everything up so you can supposedly do it all yourself without help—but guess what? You still have to pay for returns.

In the end it cost me 100 kr just to try on some shoes. Lesson learned. I’d rather just go to a physical shop next time instead of waiting for delivery and dealing with returns. Even if the price in the store is 200 kr more, it’s still better than paying 100 kr for shipping and wasting all that time waiting.

I forgot to check the reviews until AFTER I'd placed my order and got a bit nervous when I then read them. But my experience was great. Super fast delivery, good price, and exactly what I'd ordered. Yay!

I really liked shopping in this 21run shop, they have a lot of different models of asics and other brands! Really appreciated their costumer service, always responded and helped me!

Always had a good experience but recently received shoes and they were slightly too small so I returned them to get a half size bigger. They have now said the won't accept the return as the shoes are used. I tried the shoes one when they arrived and walk 10 steps the most in them. Sorry to realise that they are not a legitimate company.

Bought a pair of Pro 4’s before the release date, expecting them to be shipped on the drop date. There was a slight delay, which they took the initiative to compensate me for with a pair of Adidas running socks.

I used the pair a handful of times over 6 months, rotating through 5 other pairs. Sadly the carbon rods seem to have snapped after 80-100k. Not expected from this caliber of shoe.

I followed their procedure, and although its not a replacement, its 75% refund.

The process was really quick and professional , and they were open to motivational footage, pics etc.

Happy with my experience overall as they cant be held liable for a product failing that they didn’t make.

Scam. Didn't receive anything and they don't answer on e-mail or phone

Bought Hoka runners having had great experience with two previous pairs. After 5 weeks of minimal walking the cushioning failed cutting my heel. As with other comments 21RUN claim this is due to RUNNING STYLE and is considered normal wear and tear! A separate email complaint just referred me back to the returns process and they have not responded to my request to send the runners to HOKA

WARNING - SCAM COMPANY!
Bought a pair of shoes that turned out to have a manufacturing defect. The outsole on one shoe came off after about 20 walks/jogging.
1. The company tried to push up the shipping price at the time of purchase and blamed DHL. Obviously a strategy they have as I have seen several that they have tried to deceive.
2. At first they denied the complaint and referred to their experts who said that the shoe had been used incorrectly - i.e. they would not withstand walking BUT hard running!???
3. Then they offered a 30% discount to finally credit 50% and then stop answering emails.

Köpte ett par skor som visade sig ha ett produktionsfel. Yttersulan på ena skon släppte efter ca 20 gångers promenader/joggig.
1. Företaget försökte pressa upp fraktpriset vid köpet och skyllde på DHL. Uppenbarligen en strategi de har då jag sett flera som de försökt lura.
2. Först nekade de till reklamationen och hänvisade till sina experter som menade att skon använts fel - dvs de skulle inte tåla promenader MEN hård löpning!???
3. Sedan erbjöd de 30% avdrag för att slutligen kreditera 50% och sedan sluta svara på mail.

I bought a pair of shoes "New Balance FuelCell Rebel v4 Damen" on the pictures they put online they look black and beige. The ones I received are blue, green and white. I asked for them to cover the return costs they didn't offer. Be aware the pictures are wrong and description is wrong. Always double check the original website. I will never buy there again.

Ordered a pair of ASICS Metaspeed Edge Paris on May 1st for expected delivery on May 6th. I called on May 7th and was told they have sent a request to DHL and that it could take up to 3 days to receive a reply. I called DHL and they expect it will take 5-7 more business days. I will update if the problem is resolved.
...Latest update is that after 10 days DHL had found the shoes in the system and was sending them back to the store. I asked them to keep the shoes and credit my account which they said they would do. Could have been a DHL problem, contacting the helpdesk at 21run was relatively easy (moving up to 2 stars).
