Good communication about delivery, product specifications text and images did not convey exactly what the product was , but the product worked fine for what I needed which is most important.
I would like to put 3.5 bad sadly it is only in full numbers.

We do advise in the 'Delivery & Returns' section of each product page where you place your order, where the goods are being shipped from, for example, it states "Shipping from USA" so customers are aware if it is being shipped from overseas.
