Nick Faulkner completed our Level 2 RICS Homebuyers Survey recently and gave us the chance to ask questions beforehand of things we wanted him to look at specifically. His report was thorough and comprehensive and highlighted some issues we hadn't noticed ourselves which will require addressing. I would like to thank FP Surveying and especially Rachel for the excellent service provided.
The whole process was very smooth and professional, right from arranging the survey appointment to receiving the final report. I was able to get an appointment within a week, which was very impressive.
Rachel was extremely helpful throughout the process. After completing the survey, she took the time to explain the report clearly and answer my questions. She was very prompt in her responses and made sure I understood the findings properly.
The survey report was prepared within a day and was detailed, well-structured, and easy to understand. The efficiency, professionalism, and support provided throughout the process were excellent.
I would highly recommend FP Surveying and Rachel to anyone looking for a reliable and professional surveying service.

Awful service. Took ages for the survey report to be typed up, well outside of their 5 working day window. To my utter embarrassment, I'd suggested this company to my son who's buying another property at the same time and they've taken over two weeks and STILL no survey report! Looks like he'll exchange before the survey comes through. Shockingly bad service.

Excellent Service & Product
Luke Flahive carried out our Homebuyer’s Survey.
Luke was excellent - he was communicative, empathetic of the pressure we were under moving at tight timelines and as first-time buyers, and produced an exceptional report. The report was incredibly thorough but clear and included considered suggested solutions to rectify issues rather than merely diagnosing them. He also maintained lines of communication after producing the report, being on hand to answer any queries we had relating to the report.
We would highly recommend FP Surveying, and particularly recommend instructing/requesting Luke as your surveyor.

As a first time buyer I wasn’t too sure what I was doing! All of my questions before booking were answered promptly. The survey was looked very quickly and I was informed through out. Rachel Farr-Drejer carried out the survey, I was called in the morning to confirm survey was taking place and was asked if I had any concerns or any question. I was so thankful and impressed by this, as a first time buyer I didn’t know what to expect and I was put at ease.
My survey report was received the same day, I could not believe how fast it had came back!

Our survey was arranged the day after we made payment.
Stuart was our surveyor. He called me the day before to ask if there was anything in particular we wanted him to look at.
He called me straight after he had completed the survey to give a brief overview of his findings and said he would get the report over to us in a few days. We had it 2 days later, and feel it was very thorough.

I recently used Stuart for our Level 2 Homebuyers Survey and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.
Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and we had the full report back within a day or two of the home visit. The report itself was very thorough and clearly done to a high standard, giving us real confidence in the findings.

I recently had a RICS Level 2 survey…
I recently had a RICS Level 2 survey done and honestly couldn't fault the experience.
We paid on a Tuesday, had the appointment booked in for the following Tuesday, and had the full report back before the end of that same day – which, in itself, is pretty impressive.
But what really stood out was Rachel Farrdrejer calling us ahead of the survey to check if there was anything specific we wanted her to look out for. We also asked if there was any chance we could get the report before our second viewing, and she made it happen the same day.
We'd absolutely recommend this service to anyone who wants a survey done properly, without the stress."
