Awful service. Took ages for the survey report to be typed up, well outside of their 5 working day window. To my utter embarrassment, I'd suggested this company to my son who's buying another property at the same time and they've taken over two weeks and STILL no survey report! Looks like he'll exchange before the survey comes through. Shockingly bad service.
