I was nervous about contacting a solicitor, I worried they would think me petty, the lady I spoke to, sorry I’ve forgotten her name, was very reassuring and professional. I feel better after a traumatic couple of weeks knowing that somebody is taking this seriously.

I have never initiated anything with a solicitor before and was a little apprehensive. Megan was so helpful and put me at ease. She explained the process in detail and I felt confident in going ahead with my claim. She was empathetic, spoke clearly and had a very good manner. Thank you.
