My case was turned down because its been four months now after the accident. I am still gathering evidence for you for settlement but you turned me down. Minutes after you turned me down, i rang another solicitor and they toke me onboard, i am having physio therapy now under them

After tooing and throwing back n forth over several months with Female staff and reception manager's at our local Dr's surgery, our cancer stage 4 patients health rapidly declined, after our patient having no thyroid, and the Drs absolutely refusing to give her compulsory required medicines, for over 3 months making excuse after excuse? we then had no choice but to contact first4lawyers, which has been a God-send, as they where very attentive to detail and showed human empathy and fantastic communication skills throughout our several conversations with them. WE FEEL VERY SAD THAT OUR ONCE PROUD N.H.S IS IN NEAR COLLAPSE BECAUSE OF IGNORANCE AND NEGLIGENCE WITHIN MANAGEMENT STAFF AND RUN BY SOULLESS ENTITIES WHO ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR WAGES. they all need a good kick up the ass regarding their condescending rude and disrespectful dictating "POLITICALLY CORRECT AUTHORITARIAN ATTITUDES towards patients "ESPECIALLY THE ELDERLY" that they seem to think they can do as they wish and treat with the utmost contempt,[ maybe because the government doesn't want to pay for pensions ? } and thats why after their accusations towards the carer and threats of ejecting our carer from the surgery THREATENING THEM WITH A ZERO TOLERANCE LETTER? we sadly had no other option or choice but to turn to first4lawyers for their fantastic assistance and help. and we hope that by placing pressure upon DR's and especially ALL MANAGEMENT STAFF MEMBERS, THAT THIS IN TURN WILL HIGHER N.H.S STANDARDS WHICH SO DRASTICALLY NEED TO RETURN TO THIS ONCE GREAT SYSTEM.
