The rug was cute and I can’t wait to display it on my front porch. I ordered one for my daughter and she and her family got a real kick out of it. My husband says he looks like David Chappell on his picture. We loved it .

Product is great! Shipping took awile, but it was worth the wait.

The item turned out great, but I have a couple of suggestions. If someone orders a picture with a frame, they should be able to review the final draft before it’s finalized. I understand the picture needs to fit the frame and be trimmed, but the cut should be more precise—don’t just trim from the bottom, as it throws everything off. On the plus side, customer service responded quickly and shipping was fast.

The poster is fantastic, quality printing and paper. My dinosaur loving grandchild will be thrilled!

Also excellent customer service in fielding and executing a correction to an order due to customer error. My only tip might be to provide a clearer sense of the likely time required for personalized orders to be created, shipped, and delivered (especially in these days of "fast fashion" and nearly instantaneous order fulfillment by many companies), both on the main website and item page as well as in response to specific orders placed, which would help customers better plan ahead for special events and better anticipate the actual delivery timeframe for ordered items (which may also reduce calls to your company's service department wondering about order status). Thank you for helping to make a special family event that much more special!

My order was completed online quickly and easily with an immediate preview of the finished product. Communication was and my order arrived packaged well and ahead of schedule. Every detail was exactly as ordered. I am very pleased!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience!

The framed picture of my wife and me came out beautiful! They did an excellent job, and I’m very happy with the quality. Unfortunately, the initial order arrived damaged, but their customer service was outstanding. They immediately jumped on getting a replacement sent out and even allowed me to keep the damaged one.

Great product, great communication, and excellent customer service from start to finish. I truly appreciate how quickly they made everything right. Definitely a 5-star experience, and I would highly recommend them!

I ordered one each for my great grandson and great granddaughter for Christmas. Both are wonderful! They will make a perfect gift. As a guy, I'm partial to the dinosaur,but the unicorn is just as lovely.

I was browsing the web looking for ideas for Christmas, when I came upon this incredible picture of a boy on a dinosaur. This would be a awesome gift for my 4 year old grandson. I went to the website, and it was so easy. I downloaded my picture and put in my order, was fast and easy. Delivery was also fast.
Now about the picture itself. I LOVE IT!!!!! What an awesome gift. To see my grandson's face riding a dinosaur was so cool. The colors in the picture will match his dinosaur room. I bought a frame with green leather binding to put it in, this will last a lifetime. We can't wait for him to open it, so we can see his face light up. He will be sooooo excited. Thank you for your unique ideas. I am so very happy with my purchase, and can not wait to come back and purchase more. I highly recommend this company.

My grandson squealed with delight when he opened his package. I chose the velociraptor picture with him riding it and he shouted out - can I go see them??!! It was magical and cute and he LOVES his wall hanging. Highly recommend. The frame is high quality and perfectly done.

The poster I ordered was a beautiful watercolor rendering of a picture from my daughter’s recent wedding. The quality was great. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the delivery service as the packaging was damaged during the shipping process, which ruined the product inside. Customer service had a replacement in the mail the very next day, no hassles, an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely be ordering more products in the future.

But they took my nephews and put them on a dinosaur thatI am giving them at Christmas

I've order a few gifts from famwalls. The customer service is great. One of my picture was cut off short my fault and they let me redo my order with a percentage off that's how you keep customer by treating them with understanding and respect. So I do recommend this company.
