Product is good (super microbes) but the upselling on the website (both before and after placing the order), the endless "additional offers" that are suddenly reduced 60% from normal price, and the post-sale pseudo-comradery communication trying to sell me a "community" is extremly annoying to the point I hate ordering.

Just sell me the product I selected, send me a PDF invoice and leave me alone / respect my time.

Great products and I also love the fermented food!

There was a huge problem communicationwise. I had asked to stall the first order - which was granted by someone - whilst the delivery of the product wasn't stopped and the parcel on its way. Luckily then my doctor didn't object to me taking this product despite his other medication, so it all worked out in the end.

Your product has been an incredible help to me during my ongoing chemotherapy and immunotherapy. I used to have major problems with my bowel and digestion, but things are now much better thanks to it; I’m very grateful.

All their products are really working, since I take them I feel very good!

This is by far the worst shopping experience I had in years. I ordered highly promising SuperFlora Probiotic as i am struggling with UTI for a year now. Product does not dissolve in water and i don't notice any special benefits.
Furthermore, while buying the SuperFlora I was tricked into subscribing to another product of Fairment which i didn't want. Tricked because once you're order is completed a pop-up windows opens asking you if you want to subscribe to this product at a very good price, and it is build in such a way you don't know if you are continuing with your ordinary order or this subscription. This would also be fine-ish, I would think I wasn't reading carefully, if the costumer service was not so crappie. NO, you cannot cancel your order, and if you want to return something, you have to ti at your won cost within 14 days. So no i don't recommend and I will not buy again.

I order the Microbes since last 5 days but neither DHL not Fairment team is responding to my email. Please help me get my parcel or refund my money.

Great product, already using it for more than one year, and it has allowed me to eat more of the things I usually should avoid (histamine intolerance).
I can really recommend the "Super Mikroben", they have been a game changer for me.

To order items is easily done in the shop. Products are great, I love making the Kimchi and Kombucha., and Ich lasse die Mikroben tüchtig toben. Danke, dass ich das machen kann. Danke, dafür dass ihr so prima Produkte anbietet.

Kombucha arrived quickly, the jar is cute (and, in my experience, can survive boiling water, though it says not to do that). The culture is producing a lovely beverage based on the recipe supplied. :)

I'm surprised at how well the product has helped me with digestion and I don't have bad stimming anymore either. The whole thing probably had a positive influence on my mood swings!

The GI-Problems are getting better constantly:-)

Their waterkefir cristals are amazing they grow so fast, I seriously end up with three time the same amount of cristals after each fermentation! Very good customer service as well.
