Constant sign-in problems

All summer, I've had issues signing in to F1TV. It just does not work whenever I try to sign in.

I then contact them, and they managed to update something that solves it for a short time. But soon after, I get the same issue whenever I try signing in.

I've tried everything they have suggested, including trying to reset my password, restart router, etc. But nothing solves it long-term.

The most annoying thing is that they first ignored my request for compensation since I can't access my account. When they did finally acknowledge my request, they just said they were unable to since my "subscription has remained active throughout".

Ruth has to go!

Please, please get Ruth Bascombe off the race commentary. I hit mute as soon as I see her. She is a chuckle head. Pure nonsense comes out of her mouth. No wonder she is not on a team anymore!

The F1TV app is terrible

The F1TV app is terrible. It won't load on any of my Android devices when connected to my wifi. All my other streaming platforms play just fine in 4k. Don't bother with it and save your money.

F1TvPro is a joke

F1TvPro is a joke. I have no issues streaming any other service and I also play games online with no lag issues. But streaming ANY content from their website (because there's no smart TV app) is a pain. Buffering every 2-5min and constant crashes (had 5 crashes during the last Austrian GP). You would think that such a big and famous brand would be able to provide a minimum of quality, but no. Not even the minimum. I already start every race annoyed with the expectation of the streaming shit show. Ruins the whole experience and I might even stop watching F1 all together. That's how bad it is.

Beware of them

Beware of them as they are trying to steal your money. I made a pro subscription for which i couldnt get what i was promised. Then i was told that if i wanted to get refund i would have to do it my self via apple as i paid via my wallet. What a scam.

I thought f1 tv was poorly managed…

I thought f1 tv was poorly managed before. But now they have become more greedy and teamed up with apple crap tv. And if you dont own the latest apple crap devices or you are an android owner (im a andriod user), then you are screwed. Apple crap takes your money (On time) and offers crap as a return service. The app must be reset on every use. In order to watch on another device (tv or tablet) it requires you to reset your password evertime (im on my 3rd password change in 4 months) or in the last instance I had to cancel the current subscription to create a new one in order to watch it on my andriod tv. And all of this just to watch what is already viewed as sub-par programing. Apple and f1 tv sucks a__. They make it impossible to be a fan.

Expensive

Expensive, Restrictive, and Completely Unfit for Global Fans
As someone who has followed Formula 1 for over 30 years and attended five races in person, I don’t say this lightly — F1 TV is one of the most frustrating and poorly executed streaming services I’ve ever paid for.
After three months of paying for a subscription, I’ve come to the conclusion that this platform is borderline unusable for anyone who travels.
A “Global” Service That Isn’t Global
Formula 1 presents itself as a global sport, yet its official streaming platform is locked behind aggressive regional restrictions. Where you are physically located determines whether you can watch anything at all.
If you travel — even temporarily — you can instantly lose access to content you’ve already paid for. That completely defeats the purpose of having a streaming service in the first place.
You Pay — But You Still Can’t Watch
The most outrageous part is that having a subscription means absolutely nothing. You can log in, be fully paid up, and still be told you can't access content.
Instead, the platform throws vague messages like “update your subscription” without providing any actual way to fix the issue.
Paying customers should not be locked out of a service they’ve already purchased — full stop.
No Support, No Clarity, No Accountability
There is no clear path to resolve these issues. No proper explanation of what’s wrong. No meaningful support flow to fix it.
You are essentially left paying for something you cannot use, with no way to put it right.
A Total Failure of Its Core Purpose
F1 TV was supposed to make watching Formula 1 easier. Instead, it does the opposite:

Blocks content depending on your location
Invalidates your paid subscription
Provides no clear resolution when things go wrong

For a travelling fan, it’s completely useless.
My verdict, it feels Like a Cash Grab
After decades of following the sport and attending races in person this is incredibly disappointing. This should be the definitive platform for fans. Instead, it feels like a poorly thought-out product with no real consideration for how modern fans actually watch F1.

It is possibly a product of our sports new American owners? No way to contact and no recourse. This is a global sport, it was born in Europe not in the USA if you turn it into a commodity, you will loose its appeal.

Expensive, restrictive, and fundamentally unreliable. If you travel at all, don’t waste your money , if you're from the UK like i am, record it and watch it on Sky Sports F1, much better coverage with Martin Brundle

Real analysis with proper pundits; people like most importantly Martin Brundle , Karun Chandhok, Anthony Davidson & Ted Kravitz, with a foundation and underpinned by Natalie Pinkham, Rachel Brookes, Craig Slater, Naomi Schiff & Jamie Chadwick can be found on Sky Sports F1, sadly they do not support international travelling fans either. it seems its all about the money.

In summary. And as an avid F1 fan of more than 30+ years. Crap!

F1 TV is awful

F1 TV is awful. The presenters are dreadful especially JP Montaya. His bias against Max is insane. Presenters can be critical of drivers but there has to be some balance. Every time this man is given a voice he criticizes Max. I assume F 1 TV don't want the 18 million followers of Max to subscribe?

Scammed

Scammed. Paid for years but they sold the broadcasting rights and blocked streaming for me. And no refunds of course. Doesn’t matter: F1 is dead with the new rules, it’s just a money circus now. Hopefully F1TV will go down with it. I’m out.

F1 racing league greed!

The F1 racing league contract with Apple TV is a joke and was created by two evil greedy companies that don’t care about F1 racing fans at all! All they care about is their money from their streaming services. I watched F1 racing for 43 years. I will never watch an F1 race on a streaming service ever! I now hate the F1 racing league and anything to do with it. The F1 racing league and Apple TV can suck my - - - -.

Many things, not playing Oscar’s interview, not commenting on FIA notices, just a couple examples. Watch Sky and copy their style.

Does not work

I live in France and have a Pro subscription for F1 TV. The app used to be perfect but is now completely useless as it does not work at all. The commentary team is brilliant so it is such a shame that it is no longer available.

Hello,

Hello,

I was charged twice for the same F1 TV Pro subscription on the same account.
Because the live broadcast was not opening, I tried again and my card was charged twice.

Later I upgraded to F1 TV Premium and was able to watch the race.
Now I have multiple active Pro subscriptions on the same account.

I have canceled the duplicate subscriptions and I kindly request a full refund for the extra charges.

Thank you.
