I checked many shops at different price points and found the perfect frames at E+M. The whole shopping experience was friendly, fast, effortless, the glasses fit and are good looking. They are of similar quality than other glasses I've worn in the past, including 4x the price of E+M. My experience is with E+M in Graz, AT. Highly recommended.

Worst experience in eyesandmore Pasing arcadan. The thin lady in the shop is very arrogant and not helpful and abusive. She is the worst staff i have ever seen. Very impatient. Still we bought 3 pairs. I dont know why eyesandmore maintain such impatient staff. She dont care about the customers. I thought of calling police for her attitude and behaviour. My wife stopped me. This is our first experience in eyesandmore. Please dont coverup with some irrelevant response. We as customers dont lose anything. This is a genuine feedback. If you can’t work on this feedback, Eventually you lose business for sure.

Berlin- Prenzlauer Berg, Unfortunately the staff is not well trained as optometrists, and do not have the interest in figuring out the problem, and actually make me feel like I am the problem (after 35 years of wearing glasses). I have adjusted my glasses three times but they still aren't the right prescription, and now have to take them somewhere else where to actually have the correct prescription put in. Looks cost effective, but its really not worth it. Go to people who take their job seriously.

I dont know about the glasses because I still haven't got them, but the staff in Stuttgart is soooo nice. and Robin Amin had more patience than my doctor with the eye test (and we figured out that my doctor actually made a mistake), he was soo patient and talkative and sweet, he deserves a raise honestly!

Worst quality ever for glasses! four times i bought different frames from Eyes and More and they always break super fast!!!! 3 frames i bought they always keep sliding down to my nose. they are not stable, yes its cheap frames! but not super cheap. it cost around 50-70 euros for a frame that will not even be solid for 1 month better save the 50 euros and add little bit extra and get something solid and more stable. NEVER AGAIN!

The quality of the glasses are terrible , they are outsourced in India and that is why they take so long , they made a mistake with my glasses so now I am supposed to wait two more weeks for new ones . Cheap is now costing me a lot more because I need to buy contact lenses while I wait for their unprofessional solution . I honestly would like my money back . Thank you !
