Well, in general it goes easy, and the question or required information becomes a bit annoying (how can I retrieve my India visa information for more than 10 years ago?) but it went fine.

Very Disappointing Experience – Be Sure You Are Using the Official ESTA Website

I would like to share my experience so others can avoid making the same mistake I did.

1. I mistakenly believed this was an official ESTA website.

I found this website through one of the top Google search results when searching for "ESTA application." At first glance, I believed it was an official or officially authorized service. To be fair, the website does disclose that it is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with the U.S. government. However, I overlooked that information, so this was ultimately my mistake.

2. Cancellation was refused even though I contacted them immediately.

The payment is collected before the entire application process is completed. After paying and uploading documents for only two out of the three travelers, I realized I was not on the official ESTA website.

I immediately submitted our ESTA applications through the official U.S. government website instead. All three applications were approved in about one hour for the official government fee (approximately USD 40 per person).

I contacted eVisaEntry immediately to cancel my order and request a refund because their service was no longer needed. Despite explaining that the official ESTAs had already been approved and that one of my three applications was still incomplete, my request was rejected and no refund was offered.

3. The service was much more expensive than applying directly.
The options are:
USD 144 (Standard – up to 7 days)
USD 213 (Priority – up to 3 days)
USD 282 (Urgent – up to 1 day)
I chose the Standard (up to 7 days) service.

Surprisingly, my application appears to have been processed within a few hours rather than within the stated 7-day timeframe. As a result, a duplicate ESTA application was submitted even though I had already received an approved ESTA through the official U.S. government website.

This made me question the value of the service. The application process was very similar to the official ESTA application, yet it cost several times more than applying directly through the official website.

My recommendation:
If you need to apply for a U.S. ESTA or visa, I strongly recommend checking carefully that you are using the official U.S. government website before making any payment. I wish I had done that from the beginning, and I hope my experience helps others avoid making the same mistake.

Avoid this

Avoid this, you pay 145$ for a service that costs only 40$ in the official US. ESTA site, this is a service provider that pretends to to be the official site and charge you extra 100$ for that!

Wasnt happy at all with the experience…

Wasnt happy at all with the experience with this company. I was under pressire as I had to get the evisa quickly. They took my money before all documentation was done. I thought it was finished, then paid, then there was more. I realised they could not orovide the evisa fast enough so had to get it from the official site which was what I should have done in the first place. This company did not refund the money

Highly Misleading Search Ad and Excessive Service Fees – Be Careful

I visited this website through a Google search advertisement, under the impression that it was the official U.S. government portal for ESTA applications, because it was the site that came up on top of the page. The website’s layout and presentation were highly misleading to general consumers.

Only after the payment was processed did I realize that this is a private third-party agency charging an exorbitant service fee on top of the official $40.27 government fee. I was charged more than 3 times the original fee, not knowing that such a huge proportion of the fee was excess "service" fee. This was not transparently or clearly disclosed upfront during the checkout process.

When I requested a refund for the unfair service fee portion, the company refused immediately via an automated email response. I have already initiated a formal dispute and I am planning to go through chargeback process with my credit card company due to these deceptive practices.

I strongly advise all travelers to double-check the URL and use the official government website to avoid unnecessary and excessive charges.

Dear Customer,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that you feel misled, and we take this feedback seriously.

Our company is a private, independent visa processing assistance platform. At no point do we present ourselves as a government, and this is expressly stated on our website. Accordingly, we categorically reject any suggestion of fraudulent.

The fees charged correspond to the professional services we provide: document review and verification, application process management, and personalized customer support — services that are complementary to the official fees established by the relevant authorities. The full amount, including our service fee, is clearly displayed and must be explicitly confirmed by the customer before any payment is processed. No charge is made without such confirmation.

Regarding your refund request, we understand that receiving an automated response may have felt impersonal, and we apologize for that experience. We would like the opportunity to review your case individually.

Could you please contact us at support@evisaentry.com with your application number? We will look into this matter directly and get back to you as soon as possible.

We remain at your disposal.
