Well, in general it goes easy, and the question or required information becomes a bit annoying (how can I retrieve my India visa information for more than 10 years ago?) but it went fine.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Private service provider - not the official US GOV page
Do not use this service if you do not need extra service when you apply for ESTA. This is a website from a private service provider that is easily mistaken as the official US GOV page. (Probably deliberately) Tried to get a refund for the service part of the fee. (twice as much as the US GOV fee) but no luck.
My ESTA was approved - but at a much higher cost than necessary - for me.

Quick and easy to apply. Some instructions could be slightly clearer (e.g. address was not correct, but was difficult to understand why, and took a couple of atempts)
Straight forward questionnaire.
I asked for entry permission from…
I asked for entry permission from Germany. perhapps I have been cheated: I had to pay at first 145€ for the emergency variant. Then I stopped the procedure and re-applied for the normal one, so I had to pay 125 € for it.
Before I entered your page I asked for informations , so I was told that the price for ESTA Germany is indeed 41$:
How is it possible and where is the mistake ? Thank you !
