The support provided by this company after the application was submitted to the USA Embassy in Athens was very good. Specifically, Emma B. was very helpful when providing information on the expected steps and outcomes of the process. She was always supportive and kind during her communications during the process (need for a USA visa after it was stolen in Athens), which helped in such difficult times.
My main negative observation is on the lack of accurate information given by the people at the door at the USA embassy, or the website they indicate.

Instructions were clear and easy to follow. I didn't need it expedited but it arrived quickly. Appreciated the great service.

I urgently needed my visa for work travel and entry LLC was able to assist me in 3 weeks. The process was fast and they handled all the admin. I hate admin

Scam! No passport! It’s been over 90 days and the State Dept still does not have my form . Entry LLC refuses to refund my money! You are better off going directly to the State dept web site for a quicker and cheaper response!

The experience with this agent is so bad: slow process, keeps asking for supplementary documents. Even after the login process, I was asked to provide additional documents. Eventually passed my travel day without issuing any VISA. Wasted the money on returned air ticket, registration, and hotel accommodation

I was very impressed with the customer service, communication and delivery of my renewed passport.

I just now received notice from the State Dept that they've received my application. That means that Entry took 4.5 months to get it to them (and now I have to wait 4-6 weeks to get the passport). I accidentally clicked on entry to renew my passport because it was the first link that popped up with the Google search. My bad I know.

Really impressed with Entry's professional approach. From navigating the initial setup to finalizing everything, the entire service was quick, efficient, and well-organized.

Entry (LLC)'s response was timely and prompt. The communication from Entry, Emma Brooks in particular were very helpful during the process of visa application. Towards end Entry could not help in locating my passport for pick up and I had to use other channel to find the solution.

The service is easy and the staff is kind, respectful, and responsive to customer questions and needs.

I was trying to get my passport online I paid $148 and after I paid it I see a big old yellow box pop up that's it once it's processed they'll come back and charge me the government fee of $130 for my passport which is what I thought the 148 was covering I did not know this was outside third party they got advertisement up like they're part of the government with US Passport showing US passport I've been asking for a refund on this $148 since 5 minutes after I process this and realize it was a third party that started at 4:30 in the morning here it is 11:15 at night no response to say hey yes your refund Is On The Way I Am 70 years old I'm retired and on a fixed income who takes advantage of people you don't need my money that bad to take advantage of me all I want to do is pay for my passport which cost $130 not $148 plus another $130 please don't ever use their service who does that to people Nobody Does that but devils you need to find God in your life you need to refund my money back to me and I guess when I finish with this review I need to send you off to the federal law Department because guess what you just stole my money which is all the money I have to get my passport which I need to get it before it expires I don't have any extra money and it's like you don't care that I need my money I can't believe you're doing this to me and if I had my way I would take it out of you another way but since I have to be walking with God I'm going to pray for you because I can't believe that you are such a devil that you would steal from somebody on a fixed income who does that to try to build their company up all I want is my $148 that I gave you this morning at 4:30 please please send my money back I'm going to keep sending bad reviews about you and I'm going to keep sending emails until you refund my money this does not make sense and anybody out there in the world please do not use this company they're wrong and their thieves
